Abstract

밀봉장치는 하우징 보어(1)내에 배치된 방사방향 샤프트 밀봉 링(2)을 포함하고, 상기 밀봉링은 방사방향 프리스트레스하에 밀봉 립(4)으로 밀봉된 샤프트(3)를 밀봉방식으로 둘러싸며, 상기 밀봉립(4)은 인성 재로로된 L형 지지링(6)의 제1레그(5)에 배치되고, 축방향으로 뻗은 제2레그(7)는 방사방향 외측에 탄성중합체 재료된 코팅(8)를 가지며, 상기 코팅은 방사방향 프리스트레스하에 하우징 보어(1)를 제한하는 벽(9)에 접하고, 방사방향으로 레그(7)와 샤프트(3) 사이에 콜링 베어링(10)이 배치된다, 밀봉립(4)은 축방향으로 밀봉될 공간(11)을 향한 롤링 베어링(10) 및 제1레그(5)의 측4면에 배치된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 하우징 보어내에 배치된 방사방향 샤프트 밀봉링을 포함하고, 상기 밀봉링은 방사방향 프리스트레스하에 밀봉립으로 밀봉될 샤프트를 밀봉방식으로 둘러싸며, 상기 밀봉립은 인성 재료로된 L형 지지링의 제1레그에 배치되고, 축방향으로 뻗은 제2레그는 방사방향 외측에 탄성중합체 재료된 코팅을 가지며, 상기 코팅은 방사방향 프리스트레스하에 하우징 보어를 제한하는 벽에 접하고, 방사방향으로 레그와 샤프트 사이에 롤링 베어링이 배치되도록 구성된, 밀봉장치에 있어서, 밀봉립(4)이 축방향으로 밀봉될 공간(11)을 향한 롤링베어링(10) 및 제1레그(5)의 측면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉립(4) 및 코팅(8)이 동일한 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 제1레그(5) 및 제2레그(7)가 각각 롤링 베어링(10)으로부터 떨어진 측면에만 탄성중합체 재료를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밀봉립(4)이 방사방향 프리스트레스하에 링 나사선 스프링(12)에 의해 둘러싸여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1레그(5)가 방사방향 내부의 제1부분영역(13)에서 롤링 베어링(10)과 반대방향으로 구부러지게 형성되며, 제1부분영역(13)과 하나의 방사방향 평면이 2내지 15"의 예각을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제1 부분영역(13) 및 방사방향으로 뻗은 제2부분영역(13, 14)은 롤링 베어링(10)의 내부링(16)과 외부링(17) 사이에서 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 방사방향 샤프트 밀봉링(2)이 동적으로 하증을 받는 단 하나의 밀봉립(4)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
  8. 내연기관의 크랭크샤프트 베어링의 수용을 위한 베어링 슬리브로서의 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 밀봉장치의 용도.
