Abstract

전압 극성을 역전하여 디스플레이를 구동시키는 구동 회로는 감소된 전력 소비로 동작한다. 구동 회로는 교대로 배치된 양 및 네거티브 구동 전압 셀렉터 회로를 포함한 구동 전압 셀렉터 회로와, 양 및 네가티브 구동 전압 셀렉터 회로로부터의 각각의 신호가 제1수평 단계에서 제1 및 제2단자로 각각이 출력되는 상태와 양과 네가티브 구동 전압 셀렉터 회로로부터의 각각의 신호가 제2수평 단계에서 제1 및 제2단자로 각각 전달되는 상태 사이의 체인지오버 동작을 하는 회로를 구비한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 입력된 데이타에 따라 각각의 제1출력 단자와 제2출력 단자에 각각의 구동 전압을 인가하기 위한 제1구동 전압 셀렉터 회로와 제2구동 전압 셀렉터 회로로서, 상기 제1출력 단자에 인가된 상기 구동 전압은 상기 제2출력 단자에 전달된 상기 구동 전압의 극성과 다른 극성을 가지는 제1구동 전압 셀렉터 회로와 제2구동 전압 셀렉터 회로; 상기 제1 및 제2출력 단자에 각각 결합되어 배치된 제1구동 출력 단자와 제2구동 출력 단자; 및 상기 제1출력 단자와 상기 제2출력 단자의 사이 및 상기 제1구동 출력 단자와 상기 제2구동 출력 단자의 사이에 각각 배치된 스위칭 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 수단은 제어 신호에 의해 제어되고, 상기 스위칭 수단은, 상기 제어 신호가 제1레벨에 있을때, 상기 제1출력 단자를 상기 제1구동 출력 단자에 접속하고 상기 제2출력 단자를 상기 제2구동 출력 단자에 접속하며, 상기 스위칭 수단은, 상기 제어 신호가 제2레벨에 있을때, 상기 제1출력 단자를 상기 제2구동 출력 단자에 접속하고 상기 제2출력 단자를 상기 제1구동 출력 단자에 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1구동 전압 셀렉터 회로는 항상 제1극성을 갖는 구동 전압을 발생시키고, 상기 제2구동 전압 셀렉터 회로는 항상 상기 제1극성과 다른 제2극성을 갖는 구동 전압을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 회로.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 수단은, 상기 제1출력 단자와 상기 제1구동 출력 단자에 사이에 설치된 제1스위칭 수단; 상기 제2출력 단자와 상기 제2구동 출력 단자에 사이에 설치된 제2스위칭 수단; 및 상기 제1구동 출력 단자와 상기 제2출력 단자 사이에 설치된 제3스위칭 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 회로.
