Abstract

본 발명은 펌프실을 형성하는 펌프케이스내에서 작동하는 로우터가 달려있고, 이러한 펌프케이스가 로우터의 중앙으로 안내되면서 로우터의 축에 대하여 구부러지는 유입로, 유출로 및 로우터의 주변을 둘러싸면서 유출로에 통하여 있는 나선형 통로 등을 형성하는 원심펌프에 관한 것으로서, 여기에서는 유입로가 펌프실내로 통하는 영역내에서,유입로를 펌프실과 분리시키는 벽의 내측단부영역이 펌프케이스로부터 분리되게 만들어진 삽입부재로 되어 있고, 이러한 삽입부재는 펌프케이스를 제조한 후, 펌프 케이스내로 끼워넣어 고정시킬 수 있게 되어 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하나의 펌프실(2)을 형성하는 펌프 케이스(1)내에서 작동하는 로우터가 달려있고, 이러한 펌프케이스가 로우터의 중앙쪽으로 로우터 축에 대하여 구부러지는 유입로(4), 유출로(6) 및 로우터의 주변을 둘러싸면서 유출로에 통하여 있는 나선형 통로를 형성하는 원심펌프에 있어서, 유입로(4)가 펌프실(2)내로 통하는 영역내에서, 유입로(4)를 펌프실(2)로부터 분리시키는 벽(9)의 내측단부영역이 펌프케이스(1)로부터 분리되게 만들어진 하나의 삽입부재(10)로 되어 있고, 이러한 삽입부재가 펌프케이스(1)를 제조한 후, 펌프 케이스내의 내부로 끼워넣어서 고정시킬 수 있게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 삽입부재(10)가 금속, 플라스틱 또는 세라믹으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심펌프.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 삽입부재(10)가 케이스(1)의 수축부분에 의하여 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심펌프.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 삽입부재(10)가 노치결합 등에 의하여 나머지 펌프 케이스(1)에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심펌프.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펌프 케이스(1)에 적어도 하나의 절취부(14)가 제공되어 있고, 삽입부재(10)의 적어도 하나의 돌출된 영역이 이러한 절취부내로 들어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심펌프.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 삽입부재(10)에 횡단면이 반원형으로 되어 있는 구부러진 홈(11)이 제공되어 있고, 이러한 홈이 유입로(4)의 일부영역을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심펌프.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유입구와 유출구의 연결부재(5,7)가 서로 동렬상에 배열되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 원심펌프.
