Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. 생크부(shank portion), 팁부(tip portion) 및 에어포일을 가지며, 상기 에어포일은 선단 및 후단 연부와, 압력 및 흡입 측면과, 내부 유체 냉각 회로를 갖도록 된 가스 터어빈 버켓(bucket)에 있어서, 상기 내부 유체 냉각 회로는 복수의 반경방향 유출 통로와 복수의 반경방향 유입 통로를 구비하는 사형 구조를 갖고, 상기 반경방향 유출 통로는 선택된 종횡비와 관련된 바람직하지 않은 부력수를 피할 수 있는 형상으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈 버켓.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반경방향 유입 통로는 평균하여 상기 반경방향 유출 통로보다 큰 단면적을 갖는 가스 터어빈 버켓.
  3. 생크부, 팁부 및 상기 생크부와 팁부의 사이에서 연장된 에어포일을 가지며, 상기 에어포일은 선단 및 후단 연부와, 압력 및 흡입 측면과, 내부 유체 냉각 회로를 갖도록 된 가스 터어빈 버켓에 있어서, 상기 내부 유체 냉각 회로는 복수의 반경방향 유출 통로와 복수의 반경방향 유입 통로를 구비하는 사형 구조를 갖고, 상기 반경방향 유출 통로들은 평균하여 상기 반경방향 유입 통로보다 작은 단면적을 갖도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈 버켓.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 버켓의 선단연부에 인접한 반경방향 유입통로는 상기 반경방향 유출 통로보다 작은 단면적을 갖는 가스 터어빈 버켓.
  5. 생크부, 반경방향 팁부 및 에어포일을 가지며, 상기 에어포일은 선단 및 후단 연부와, 압력 및 흡입 측면과, 내부 유체 냉각 회로를 갖도록 된 가스 터어빈 버켓에 있어서, 상기 내부 유체 냉각 회로는 복수의 반경방향 유출 통로와 복수의 반경방향 유입 통로를 구비하는 사형 구조를 갖고, 상기 반경 방향 유출 통로는 버켓의 피치선에서 약 2대 1 내지 적어도 약 3 대 1의 종횡비를 각기 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈 버켓.
  6. 가스 터어빈의 버켓 스테이지의 증기 냉각 통로의 구조를 결정하는 방법에 있어서, a) 상기 가스 터어빈 스테이지를 통과하는 연소가스의 매스 흐름율과 연소가스 입구 온도를 측정하는 단계와, b) 상기 버켓 스테이지의 회전에 의하여 유발된 증기 냉각제 내의 코리올리 및 부력 흐름 효과를 고려하는 단계와, c) 상기 반경방향 유출 통로내에 0.15보다 작거나 또는 0.80보다 큰 부력수 및 약 3.3대 1의 종횡비를 제공하는 크기 및 형상을 갖도록 상기 반경방향 유출 냉각제 통로를 구성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a) 내지 c)는 상기 가스 터어빈의 제1 또는 제2스테이지 버켓에 대하여 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 버켓 스테이지내의 증기 냉각제 온도는 약 700psi의 압력에서 약 1000℉인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종횡비는 약 3.3대 1이고, 상기 부력수는 0.15보다 작거나 또는 0.80보다 큰 가스 터어빈 버켓.
