Abstract

[목 적]
전 시장 및 r치가 동시에 높고 드프 드로잉성이 우수한 박강판을 얻는 것.
[구 성]
C : 0.001중량% 이하, Si : 0.1중량% 이하, Mn : 0.3중량% 이하, P : 0.05중량% 이하, S : 0.003중량% 이하, Al : 0.1중량% 이하, N : 0.002중량% 이하, Ti : 0.005~0.02중량%, Nb : 0.001~0.1중량%를 함유하고, 또, C, S 및 N은 C+S+N≤0.004중량% 그리고, Ti와 C는 하기식 :
4×(C중량%)≤(Ti중량%)-48/14(N중량%)-48/32(S중량%)≤12×(C중량%)
을 만족하도록 함유하고, 또한 , 필요에 따라서 B를 0.0001~0.0010중량% 첨가한 강 슬라이브를, 900~1300℃의 온도범위로 균열유지하고, Ac3변태점 이상으로 열간 마무리 압연을 행하여 659℃ 이하의 온도로 권취, 산세척 후, 압하율 65~90%의 냉간압연을 행하고 나서 700~950℃로 재결정 어닐링을 실시함으로써 제조한다.

제1도는 r치 및 E1치에 미치는 (C중량%+N중량%+S중량%) 및, Ti*/C의 영향을 나타내는 도면, 제2도는 r치 및 E1치에 미치는 T(K)×[(C중량%+(S중량%)]의 영향을 나타내는 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. C : 0.001중량% 이하, Si : 0.1중량% 이하, Mn : 0.3중량% 이하, P : 0.05중량% 이하, S : 0.003중량% 이하, Al : 0.1중량% 이하, N : 0.002중량% 이하, Ti : 0.005~0.02중량%, Nb : 0.001~0.1중량%를 함유하고, 또, C,S 및 N은 C+S+N≤0.004중량%의 관계를 만족하게 함유하고, 그리고, Ti는, C, S 및 N과의 관계에 있어서, 하기식:
    4×(C중량%)≤(Ti중량%)-48/14(N중량%)≤12×(C중량%)
    을 만족하도록 함유하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 성형성이 우수한 박강판(薄鋼板).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 합금원소로서 B : 0.0001~0.0010중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 박강판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기재된 성분조성으로 이루어지는 강 슬라브를, 900~1300℃의 온도범위이면서 하기식 :
    T(K)×(C중량%+S중량%)≤4.0
    의 조건을 만족하는 온도 T(K)로 균열유지하고, 그후, 열간 마무리 압연온도 : Ac3변태점 이상의 열간압연을 행하고, 650℃ 이하의 온도에서 권취, 산세 후에 65~90%의 압하율로 냉간압연을 행하고, 그후, 700~950℃의 온도범위에서 재결정 어닐링을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 박강판의 제조방법.
  4. 청구항 제2청구항에 기재된 성분조성으로 이루어지는 강 슬라브를, 900~1300℃의 온도범위이면서 하기식 :
    T(K)×(C중량%+S중량%)≤4.0
    의 조건을 만족하는 온도 T(K)로 균열유지하고, 그후, 열간 마무리 압연온도 : Ac3변태점 이상의 열간압연을 행하고, 650℃ 이하의 온도에서 권취, 산세 후에 65~90%의 압하율로 냉간압연을 행하고, 그후, 700~950℃의 온도범위에서 재결정 어닐링을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성이 우수한 박강판의 제조방법.
