Abstract

펌프몸체(10)와 결합되어 있지도 않을 뿐만 아니라, 그 펌프몸체(10)에 지지되지도 않은 구동축(30)을 이용함으로써 제로터 펌프의 축선방향의 치수가 극히 소형화된다.
이것은 상기 구동축을 회전자(26)나 구동기어(20)의 허브(22), 또는 이둘 모두들 결합시키고, 부시(10)에 의해 그 구동기어를 몸체상에 지지함으로써 달성된다. 따라서 컨틸레버 부하를 지탱하는 베어링 길이는 제로터 세트와 실질적으로 함께 존재한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 외부의 적어도 일부가 원통형인 몸체와 이 몸체의 부분에 축지지되고 그 몸체와 동심인 구동축 각을 이루며 결합된 구도기어를 구비하고 상기 구동축은 제로터 세트의 회전자와 각을 이루며 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 제로터 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동축은 몸체 부분에 헐거운 끼워맞춤된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 제로터 펌프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체 부분은 컵 형상을 하고 있으며, 상기 구동축은 그 컵의 베이스를 통해 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 제로터 펌프.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 컵의 림은 포오트를 갖추고 있는 관련 부재상에 위치하여 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 제로터 펌프.
  5. 상기 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동축은 회전자 내에 억지끼움된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 제로터 펌프.
  6. 상기 청구항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동축은 구동기어내에 억지끼움된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 제로터 펌프.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동축은 회전자 또는 구동기어에 대해 스플라인 방식으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 소형화된 제로터 펌프.
