Abstract

본 발명은 주요 합금 원소로서 몰리브덴 20.5∼25%, 크롬 5∼11.5%, 철 5 이상 내지 8%를 함유하고 예를 들어 연소로 가스 탈황화 설비에서 발생되는, 특히 산성, 저-산소 매질에 관련하여 적절한 내식성을 가진 니켈 합금, 및 이로부터 제조된 구조용 부재에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 다음 성분으로 구성되는, 특히 산성 및 동시에 저-산소 매질에 관해, 내식성이 개선된 니켈 합금; 몰리브덴 20.5∼25중량%, 크롬 5∼11.5중량%, 철>5∼8중량%, 망간 0.1∼0.6중량%, 바나듐 0.1∼0.3중량%, 알루미늄 0.1∼0.5중량%, 실리콘 0∼0.3중량%, 구리 0~0.5%, 탄소 0∼0.1중량%, 코발트 0∼1중량%, 마그네슘 0∼0.04중량%, 칼슘 0∼0.01중량% 불가피한 불순물을 포함하여, 잔량 니켈.
  2. 제1항에 따른 니켈 합금으로 제조된, 예를 들어 금속 산세척 공정에서 침전되는, 폐 황산 또는 무기산의혼합물에 대한 연소로 가스 탈황화 설비 또는 재처리 설비의 구조용 부재.
