Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a extend forging pipe material with excellent high temp. strength obtained by containing C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Ti, Al, B, Zr in Fe in a specific ratio.
CONSTITUTION: Austenite steel which contains 0.05W0.30% C, 5% or less Si, 10% or less Mn, 15W35% Cr, 15W50% Ni, 0.01W2.0% Ti, 0.01W2.0% Al and one or more of 0.001W0.03% B, 0.005W0.3% Zr and comprises the remainder of Fe and inevitable impurities is prepared. Further, austenite steel obtained by containing one or more of 0.5W3.0% Mo, 0.5W0.6% W (however, when both of them are contained, Mo+1/2W is 0.5W3.0%) in the above described ingredients is prepared.
