Abstract

본 발명은 벨트식 무단변속장치의 종동풀리를 콤팩트화한 것으로써, 출력축(53)상에 배설되어 무단벨트(55)의 구동력을 자동원심 클럭치(56)를 통해 출력축(53)에 전달하는 종동풀리(54)는 고정측 풀리반체(85)와, 가동측 풀리반체(86)와, 가동측 풀리반체(86)를 고정측 풀리반체(85)로 향해서 힘을 가하는 코일스프링(87)과, 무단벨트(55)의 슬립을 방지하는 로크 캠기구(88)를 구비하고 있다. 토크 캠기구(88)는 코일스프링(87)의 반경방향 내측에 배측되며, 또 자동원심클러치(56)의 클러치 웨이트(95)를 회전가능하게 지지하는 클러치 웨이트 핀(94)은 종동풀리(54)의 고정측 풀리반체(85)의 배면을 이용하여 지지된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 입력축(42)에 지지된 구동풀리(51)와, 출력축(53)에 지지된 종동풀리(54)와, 상기 구동풀리(51) 및 종동풀리(54)에 걸려있는 무단벨트(55)와 상기 종동풀리(54)에 인접하도록 출력축(53)에 지지된 자동원심 클러치(56)를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 종동풀리(54)의 회전을 상기 자동원심 클러치(56)를 통해 출력축(53)에 절달하는 벨트식 무단변속장치에 있어서, 상기 종동풀리(54)의 고정측 풀리반체(85)의 배면에 상기 자동원심 클러치(56)의 클러치 웨이트(95)를 회전가능하게 지지하는 클러치 웨이트 핀(94)을 지지한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단변속장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치 웨이트 핀(94)을 상기 종동풀리(54)의 고정측 풀리반체(85)에 주입한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단변속장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러치 웨이트(95)의 댐퍼(98)를 지지하는 댐퍼지지부(853)를 상기 종동풀리(54)의 고정측 풀리반체(85)에 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단변속장치.
  4. 입력축(42)에 지지된 구동풀리(51)와, 고정측 풀리반체(85) 및 가동측 풀리반체(86)를 가지며 출력축(53)에 지지된 종동풀리(54)와, 상기 구동풀리(51) 및 종동풀리(54)에 걸려있는 무단벨트(55)와, 상기 가동측 풀리반체(86)를 고정측 풀리반체(85)로 향해서 힘을 가하는 코일 스프링(87)과, 상기 무단벨트(55)로부터 종동풀리(54)에 절단되는 토크를 축방향 추진력으로 변환하여 가동측 풀리반체(86)를 고정측 풀리반체(85)로 향해서 힘을 가하는 토크 캠기구(88)를 구비한 밸트식 무단변속장치에 있어서, 상기 토크 캠기구(88)를 상기 코일스프링(87)의 반경방향 내측에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단변속장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 토크 캠(88)이 가동측 풀리반체(86)를 상대회전 가능하고 축방향 슬라이딩 가능하게 지지하는 고정측 풀리반체(85)의 슬리브(852)에 고정설치된 캠 플레이트(92)와, 상기 캠 플레이트(92)에 반경방향으로 배설한 지지아암(924)과 상기 지자아암(924)에 반경방향 외측으로부터 장착된 캠 폴로우(93)와, 상기 가동측 풀리반체(86)에 돌설되어 캠 폴로우(93)에 당접된 캠(861)을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 캠 폴로우(93)의 외주면이 상기 코일스프링(97)의 내주면에 당접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단변속장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 지지아암(924)을 상기 캠 플레이트(92)에 일체로 타발해서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단변속장치.
