Abstract

본 발명은 폐 아스콘 재생장치에 관한 것으로, 석분공급부(10)와 골재공급부(20), 아스팔트공급부(30)로 부터 공급되는 내용물을 소정의 설정된 비율로 계량기(41)에서 계량하여 공급토록 하는 신규골재계량부(40)와; 수거된 폐아스콘을 버너(57)가 구비되는 드라이어(53)에서 건조시켜 중간저장빈(56)에 보관하고, 이 중간저장빈(56)의 출구에는 공급휘더(59)가 설치되어 슈트(59a)를 통해 폐아스콘이 공급되도록 하는 페아스콘공급부(50)와; 상기 페아스콘공급부(50)의 공급휘더(59)에 낙하되는 페아스콘의 중량을 감지토록 로드셀(61)을 설치하여, 중간저장빈(56)의 출구에 설치된 게이트(62)의 개폐시기를 단속시켜 공급량을 조절하는 폐아스콘계량부(60)와; 상기 폐아스콘계량부(60)와 신규골재계량부(40)로 부터 소정의 비율로 공급되는 내용물을 혼합하여 출하토록 하는 믹서기(70)가 구비되어, 적은 추가설비 가 폐기되어야 하는 폐아스콘을 재활용하여 경제적인 이익은 물론 환경 개선에도 커다란 이익을 주는 등의 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 석분저장빈(11)으로 부터 승강기(13)를 따라 이송시켜 콘베이어(12)로 석분을 공급토록 하는 석분공급부(10)와; 골재저장빈(21)으로 부터 승강기(22)를 따라 선별기(23)로 이송되는 골재를 입자 크기별로 선별하여 핫빈(24)에서 각각 소정의 비율로 공급토록하는 골재공급부(20)와; 아스팔트계량빈(31)으로 부터 골재 및 석분과 혼합되어 아스콘을 생성토록 하는 아스팔트공급부(30) 및, 상기 석분공급부(10)와 골재공급부(20), 아스팔트공급부(30)로 부터 공급되는 내용물을 소정의 설정된 비율로 계량기(41)에서 계량하여 공급토록하는 신규골재계량부(40)와; 수거된 페아스콘을 버너(57)가 구비되는 드라이어(53)에서 건조시켜 중간저장빈(56)에 보관하고, 이 중간저장빈(56)의 출구에는 공급휘더(59)가 설치되어 슈트(59a)를 통해 폐아스콘이 공급되도록 하는 페아스콘공급부(50)와; 상기 페아스콘공급부(50)의 공급휘더(59)에 낙하되는 페아스콘의 중량을 감지토록 로드셀(61)을 설치하여, 중간저장빈(59)의 출구에 설치된 게이트(62)의 개폐시기를 단속시켜 공급량을 조절하는 페아스콘계량부(60)와; 이 폐아스콘계량부(60)와 신규골재트계량부(40)로 부터 소정의 비율로 공급되는 내용물을 혼합하여 출하토록 하는 및서기(70)가 구비되어서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 폐 아스콘 재생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드라이어(53)에서 발생된 분진 및 탄화물은 흡인덕트(83)를 통해 백필터가 구비된 집진기(80)로 포집토록 하고, 이 흡인덕트(83)에는 건식 싸이클론(81)을 설치하여 분진의 크기에 따라 분리하여 재건조토록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 폐 아스콘 재생장치.
