- 서로 다른 입도를 갖는 골재를 조골재와 세골재로 분리하고, 다수의 호퍼에 각각 투입하는 단계;상기 각각의 호퍼에서 일괄적으로 인출된 골재를 믹서로 이송하되, 상기 조골재에서 세골재순으로 상기 믹서에 투입되도록 하는 단계;상기 믹서에 물, 아스팔트, 계면활성제의 혼합으로 이루어진 유제를 소정 비율로 투입하여 상기 골재들과 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 믹서에서 혼합된 아스콘을 배출시키는 단계를 포함하는 일괄방식 상온 재생아스콘 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 다수의 호퍼에 골재를 각각 투입하는 단계는상기 각각의 호퍼에서 배출되는 골재는 소정 입도를 갖는 신골재로부터 모래 또는 폐아스콘을 파쇄하여 얻은 세골재순으로 콘베이어상에 일괄적으로 공급하는 과정을 포함하는 일괄방식 상온 재생아스콘 제조방법.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 상기 다수의 호퍼에 골재를 각각 투입하는 단계는상기 다수의 호퍼에서 인출되는 골재를 계량호퍼를 통하여 계량하여 골재량을 조절한 후 콘베이어상에 공급하는 과정을 포함하는 일괄방식 상온 재생아스콘 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 유제를 소정 비율로 투입하여 상기 골재들과 혼합하는 단계는상기 믹서에 투입되는 유제와 첨가제를 소정 비율로 계량하여 상기 믹서에 공급하는 과정을 포함하는 일괄방식 상온 재생아스콘 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 유제를 소정 비율로 투입하여 상기 골재들과 혼합하는 단계는믹서에 접착첨가제를 소정 비율로 투입하여 혼합하는 과정을 더 포함하는 일괄방식 상온 재생아스콘 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 유제를 소정 비율로 투입하여 상기 골재들과 혼합하는 단계는조골재가 믹서내에 투입되고 적정량의 유제를 첨가하여 선혼합을 실시한 후에, 세골재가 믹서내에 투입되면 잔여 유제를 투입하고 전체를 다시 혼합하는 과정을 포함하는 일괄방식 상온 재생아스콘 제조방법.
