Abstract

셀룰로오스 유도체 용액의 특성을 자동적으로 측정하기에 최적인 장치를 제공한다. 자동측정장치는 셀룰로오스 유도체의 시료를 설정한 농도의 용액으로 조제하는 장치(10)와, 그 용액의 물성을 복수의 검사항목에 대해서 측정하는 장치(30,50,70,90)와를 가지고 있다. 셀룰로오스 유도체의 시료가 넣어지고 용액조제장치(10)와 복수의 검사측정장치(30...)에 순으로 이동하여가는 시료용기(1)에 기입소거형 메모리(2)가 부차되어 있고, 시료용기(1)의 이동시점 근방에 메모리(2)에 검사데이터를 기입하는 입력수단(3,4)이 배치되고, 용액 조제장치(10)와 복수의 검사측정장치(30...)의 각각에 메모리(2)에 데이터를 독해하는 장치(11,12,...) 및 독해된 데이터에서 검사데이터에 따라서 각각의 장치(10,30,...)에 지시를 부여하는 시퀀서(13,33,...)가 배치되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명을 적용하는 셀룰로오스 유도체의 용액물성의 자동측정 장치의 실시예를 나타내는 평면도이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 적용하는 자동측정장치의 주요부를 나타내는 사시도이다.
제3도는 본 발명을 적용하는 자동측정장치에 짜넣어지는 용액조제장치의 사시도이다.
제4도는 본 발명을 적용하는 자동측정장치에 짜넣어지는 점도측정장치의 사시도이다.
제5도는 본 발명을 적용하는 자동측정장치에 짜넣어진 전기화학분석장치의 사시도이다.
제6도는 본 발명을 적용하는 자동측정장치에 짜넣어지는 광투과율 측정장치의 개략평면도이다.
제7도는 본 발명을 적용하는 자동측정장치에 짜넣어지는 화상해석장치의 개략측면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 셀룰로오스 유도체의 시료를 설정한 농도의 용액을 조제하는 장치와, 그 용액의 물성을 복수의 검사항목에 대해서 측정하는 장치와를 가지는 자동측정장치에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 유도체의 시료가 넣어지고 이 용액 조제장치와 복수의 검사 측정장치를 이동하는 시료용기에 기입 소거형 메모리가 부착되어 잇고, 이 시료용기의 이동시점근방에 이 메모리에 검사항목데이터 및/또는 검사조건 데이터를 기입하는 입력수단이 배치되고, 이 용액조제장치와 복수의 검사 측정장치의 각각에 이 메모리에서 이 데이터를 독해하는 장치 및 독해한 데이터에서 검사항목 및/또는 검사조건에 따라서 각각의 장치에 지시를 부여하는 시퀀서가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 유도체의 용액물성의 자동측정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 검사측정장치의 각각에 이 메모리에 검사결과를 기입하는 입력수단이 부설되고 이 시료용기의 이동종점근방에 이 메모리에서의 이 검사결과를 독해하는 장치 및 그 검사결과를 호스트컴퓨터에 전송하는 수단이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 유도체의 용액물성의 자동측정장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 검사측정장치가 점도측정장치, 전기화학 분석장치, 광투과율 측정장치, 화상해석장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 유도체의 용액물성의 자동측정장치.
