Abstract
본 발명은 일반식[I]의 에스테르 공중합체 수지, 및 필수적으로 에스테르 공중합체와 폴리카보네이트 수지로 이루어진, 용해도 파라미터가 10.8 내지 11.9인 중합체 알로이에 관한 것이다.
HO――(COArCOORO)n――H [I]
본 발명의 에스테르 수지 및 알로이는 투명하며 내열성, 음식물의 멸균에 견디는 내열성, 내열수성(내백화성), 알루미늄 밀봉재에 대한 우수한 열밀봉성 및 PET수지 재생성이 있다.

제1도는 실시예 1에서 생성된 에스테르 공중합체 수지의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼을 도시한 것이다. 제2도는 실시예 1에서 생성된 에스테르 공중합체 수지의 DSC 곡선을 도시한 것이다. 제3도는 에스테르 공중합체 수지와 폴리카보네이트 수지의 블렌딩비와 블렌딩된 수지로 성형된 시이트의 산소투과율간의 상관관계를 나타낸 그래프를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (13)
- 일반식[I]의 에스테르 공중합체 수지.HO――(COArCOORO)n――H [I]상기 식에서, Ar은 2,6-나프탈렌 그룹 또는 페닐렌 그룹이고, R은 에틸렌 그룹 또는 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹이고, n은 100 내지 1000의 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ar이 2,6-나프탈렌 그룹 30 내지 98mol%와 페니렌 그룹 70 내지 2mol%로 이루어지고, R이 에틸렌 그룹 5 내지 90mol%와 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹 95 내지 10mol%로 이루어지며, 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹의 시스/트랜스 비가 0/100 내지 40/60인 에스테르 공중합체 수지.
- 용해도 파라미터가 10.8 내지 11.9이고, 필수적으로 다음 일반식[I]의 에스테르 공중합체 수지와 폴리카보네이트 수지로 이루어지는 중합체로 알로이(Polymer alloy).HO――(COArCOORO)n――H [I]상기식에서, Ar은 2,6-나프탈렌 그룹 또는 페니렌 그룹이고, R은 에틸렌 그룹 또는 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹이며, n은 100 내지 1000의 수이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, Ar이 2,6-나프탈렌 그룹 5 내지 95mol%와 페닐렌 그룹 95 내지 5mol%로 이루어지고, R이 에틸렌그룹 5 내지 47mol%와, 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹 95 내지 53mol%로 이루어지며, 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹의 시스/트랜스 비가 0/100 내지 40/60인 중합체 알로이.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에스테르 공중합체 수지/폴리카보네이트 수지의 혼합비(중량 기준)가 50/50 내지 80/20인 중합체 알로이.
- 각각 에스테르 교환 반응을 통해, 2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실산 저급 알킬 에스테르를 에틸렌 글리콜과 반응시키고 테레프탈산 저급 알킬 에스테르를 1,4-사이클로헥산 디메탄올과 반응시킨 다음, 이들 반응 생성물을 함께 혼합하여 중축합시킴을 수행함을 포함하여, 일반식[I]의 에스테르 공중합체 수지를 제조하는 방법.HO――(COArCOORO)n――H [I]상기식에서, Ar은 2,6-나프탈렌 그룹 또는 페닐렌 그룹이고, R은 에틸렌 그룹 또는 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹이며, n은 100 내지 1000의 수지이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, Ar이 2,6-나프탈렌 그룹 30 내지 98mol%와 페닐렌 그룹 70 내지 2mol%로 이루어지며, R이 에틸렌 그룹 5 내지 90mol%와 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹 95 내지 10mol%로 이루어지고, 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹의 시스/트랜스 비가 0/100 내지 40/60인 방법.
- 에스테르 교환 반응을 통해, 테레프탈산 저급 알킬 에스테르를 1,4-사이클로헥산 디메탄올과 반응시켜 반응생성물을 수득하고, 반응 생성물을 2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실산 저급 알킬 에스테르와 에틸렌 글리콜과의 반응 생성물과 혼합하여 다시 에스테르 교환반응을 통해 이들을 반응시킨 다음, 중축합시킴을 포함하여, 일반식[I]의 에스테르 공중합체 수지를 제조하는 방법.HO――(COArCOORO)n――H [I]상기식에서, Ar은 2,6-나프탈렌 그룹 또는 페닐렌 그룹이고, R은 에틸렌 그룹 또는 1,4-사이클로헥실렌 그룹이며, n은 100 내지 1000의 수이다.

- 주성분이 제1항 또는 제2항의 에스테르 공중합체 수지인 수지 조성물로 성형된 포장제.
- 제10항에 있어서, 진공 성형, 가압 성형, 직접 취입 성형, 사출 성형, 사출 취입 성형 또는 쌍축 연신을 사용하는 사출 취임 성형으로 성형시킨 포장 용기인 포장재.
- 주성분이 제3항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 중합체 알로이인 수지 조성물로 성형된 포장재.
- 제12항에 있어서, 진공 성형, 가압 성형, 직접 취입성형, 사출 성형, 사출 취입 성형 또는 쌍축 연신을 사용하는 사출 취입 성형으로 성형시킨 포장 용기인 포장재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
