상기 본 발명에 맞추어 기재된 목적을 제공하는 폐 폴리우레탄을 주재로한 합성수지의 제조방법은 수명이 다한 폴리우레탄 제품을 분쇄하여 용해하는 공정과, 상기 용해공정에서 얻어진 용해물을 성질개선을 위한 혼합공정, 상기 혼합공정에서 얻어진 혼합물을 칩으로 성형하기 위한 성형공정을 포함하여서 되는 것으로서, 상기 성형공정에서 얻어진 칩은 새로운 제품을 성형하는 원료가 되는 것으로 일예로 들면 적당량의 석분이나 유리섬유 등을 배합성형하여 건축자재 등의 물품을 생산하게 되는 것으로서, 이하 본 발명의 실시예를 들어 상세히 설명한다.A method for producing a synthetic resin based on waste polyurethanes, which serves the purpose described in accordance with the present invention, includes a process of pulverizing and dissolving a polyurethane product at the end of its life, and a mixing process for improving properties of the melt obtained in the dissolving process.
