Abstract

본 발명은 0.08 내지 0.925g/㎤의 밀도, 0.5 내지 7.5dg/분의 용융 지수, 3.5이하의 분자량 분포 및 70%보다 큰 조성 분포 폭 지수를 가진 아주 저밀도의 에틸렌 중합체 25 내지 90중량% 및 0.910 내지 0.935g/㎤ 범위의 밀도, 0.5 내지 20dg/분의 용융 지수, 3.5 보다 큰 분자량 분포 및 70% 미만의 조성 분포 폭 지수를 가진 저밀도 내지 중간밀도의 에틸렌 중합체 10 내지 75중량%의 블렌드를 포함하는 중합체 조성물을 제공한다.
또한 본 발명은 단일 층 구조 또는 판상 ABA구조(이때, A 또는 외피 층들은 본 발명의 블렌드를 포함하고 B 또는 코아 층은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 같은 상이한 올레핀 중합체를 포함한다)을 가진 상기 블렌드로부터 제조한 필름을 제공한다.
본 발명의 필름을 탁월한 신장성, 인장성 및 충격 성질 및 또한 유연성, 감촉 및 소음 성질을 원하는 기저귀, 침대 패드 제품등과 같은 흡수 제품의 제조시에, 배면 시이트 구성 성분으로서 사용하기에 매우 적합하게 하는 상기 성질들을 나타낸다.

Claims (16)

  1. a) 중합체 함량을 기준을 25 내지 90중량%의, 0.88 내지 0.925g/㎤의 밀도, 0.5 내지 7.5dg/분의 용융 지수, 3.5 이하의 분자량 분포 및 70% 보다 큰 조성 분포 폭 지수를 가진, 에틸렌과 C4내지 C20α-모노올레핀 공단량체이 공중합체, 및 b) 중합체 함량을 기준으로 10 내지 75중량%의 0.910 내지 0.935g/㎤범위의 밀도, 0.5 내지 20dg/분의 용융 지수, 3.5 이상의 분자량 분포 및 70% 미만의 조성 분포 폭 지수를 가진 저밀도 내지 중간 밀도의 에틸렌 중합체의 혼합물을 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
  2. i) 제1항에 따른 중합체 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; ii) 상기 혼합물을 주조 롤 및 압력 롤에 의해 형성된 닙으로 288℃ 이하의 온도에서 용융 압출하는 단계; 및 iii) 상기 필름을 254cm/초를 초과하는 선 속도로 상기 주초 롤로부터 인발하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리올레핀 필름 물질을 제조하는 동안 인발공진을 감소시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항의 조성물로부터 또는 제2항의 방법에 의해 제조된 필름.
  4. 제1 내지 3항 중어느 한 항에 있어서, 50 내지 80중량%의 성분 (a) 및 20 내지 50중량%의 성분(b)를 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (b)가 0.915g/㎤ 이상의 밀도를 가진 저밀도 에틸렌 중합체인 조성물.
  6. 제1 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (b)가 5 내지 15dg/분의 용융 지수를 가진 에틸렌 중합체인 조성물.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 공중합체 (a)가 4 내지 15몰%의 상기 공단량체를 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제1 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성분 (a)가 에틸렌과 C4내지 C20α-모노올레핀의 상기 공중합체 및 상기 α-모노올레핀과 상이한 추가의 C4내지 C20α-올레핀을 포함하는 삼원 공중합체인 조성물.
  9. 12μ 내지 52μ범위의 두께를 가진 제2 또는 제3항의 필름.
  10. 단일층 필름인 제2 또는 3항의 필름.
  11. 각각의 A층은 상기 혼합물을 포함하고 B층은 상이한 폴리올레핀 조성물을 포함하는 ABA 구조의 판상 필름인 제2 또는 3항의 필름.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 B층이 HDPE 또는 재생된 HDPE인 필름.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 B층이 20 내지 75중량%의 상기 필름을 포함하는 필름.
  14. 제2 또는 3항의 필름으로부터 제조된 제품.
  15. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용융 압출 온도가 246℃ 이상인 방법.
  16. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주조 롤에 엠보싱된 표면이 있어 매트(matte)표면의 필름을 제공하는 방법.
