Abstract

본 발명은 하기를 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 조성물에 관한 것이다: (A) 프로필렌 무정형 중합체 1 내지 99 중량%: (B) 하기로부터 선택된 공중합체 1 내지 99중량%: (BⅠ) 에틸렌 및/또는 α-올레핀 C4-C10과 프로필렌의 공중합체, 및 (BⅡ) 하기를 포함하는 조성물: (a) 에틸렌 및/또는 α-올레핀 C4-C10과 동일배열 폴리프로필렌 10-50 중량%, (b) 크실렌에서 불용성인, 에틸렌을 포함하는 공중합체 0-20 중량%, 및 (c) 소량의 디엔을 포함할수도 있는, 프로필렌 및/또는 α-올레핀 C4-C10의 엘라스토머성 공중합체 40-80 중량%.
상기 조성물은 양호한 기계적 및 광학적 특정을 가지며, 생의학 용도의 물품 제조에 적합하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기를 포함한 열가소성 조성물: (A) 하기 특성을 가지는 프로필렌 무정형 중합체 1 내지 99 중량%: -[n]＞1dl/g; -% 규칙 배열 디아드(r) -%동일 배열 디아드(m)＞0; -(CH2)n서열 (이때, n≥2)에 포함된 CH2기가 2% 이하; -베르누이의 지수(B)=1±0.2; (B) 하기로부터 선택된 성분 1내지 99 중량%; (BⅠ) 에틸렌과 식 CH2=CHR(식중, R은 탄소원자수 2 내지 8개의 알킬 라디칼임)의 α-올레핀에서 선택된 하나 이상의 공단량체와 프로필렌의 공중합체(이때, 공중합체는 프로필렌에서 유도된 단위체를 8% 중량% 이상 포함하고 있음) 및, (BⅡ) 하기를 포함하는 조성물: (a) 동일 배열 지수가 80 이상인 프로필렌 동종 종합체, 및 에틸렌과 식 CH2=CHR(식중, R은 탄소원자수 2 내지 8개의 아릴 라디칼임)의 α-올레핀에서 선택된 하나 이상의 공단량체와 프로필렌의 공중합체(이때, 공중합체는 프로필렌에서 유도된 단위체를 85 중량% 이상 포함하고 있음)로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 중합체 10-50 중량%, (b) 실온에서 크실렌에 불용성인, 에틸렌을 포함하는 공중합체 0-20 중량%, 및 (c)에틸렌에서 유도된 단위체 10-40 중량%, 프로필렌과 식 CH2=CHR(식중, R은 탄소원자수 2 내지 8개의 알킬 라디칼임)의 α-올레핀에서 선택된 하나 이상의 공단량체에서 유도된 단위체 90-60 중량%, 디엔에서 유도된 단위체 0-5 중량%를 포함하는 공중합체(이때, 상기 공중합체는 실온에서 크실렌에 가용되고, 고유 점성도가 1.5 내지 4dl/g임)40-80 중량%.
    [상기에서 성분(b)와 (c) 의합은 폴리올레핀계 조성물에 대해 50 내지 90 중량%이고, 성분 (b)/(c)의 중량비는 0.4 이하이다].
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A)/(B)의 중량비가 10:90 내지 90:10 인 열가소성 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A)/(B)의 중량비가 25:75 내지 75:25 인 열가소성 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 한 항에 있어서, 프로필렌의 무정형 중합체의 MwMn의 비가 5 이하인 열가소성 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 의한 열가소성 조성물로부터 수득할 수 있는 생의학 용도의 성형품.
