Abstract

본 발명은 소나무속 식물의 수피나 근피로부터 분리, 경제한 4-히드록시-5-3[2H]-퓨라논을 함유한 피부 미백용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 솔잎 추출물로 부터 용매에 의한 분획 및 크로마토그래피를 실시하여 상기 화합물을 얻고, 이렇게 얻은 이 화합물을 피부 미백용 제품에 적용시키는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 4-히드록시-5-메틸-3[2H]-퓨라논은 티로시나제 활성 억제 효과가 우수하여 피부 세포의 흑화 방지의 작용이 우수할 뿐 아니라, 물질 자체의 안정성이 매우 우수하여 그 효과가 장기간 유지되며, 피부 자극이 거의 없는 안전성이 매우 우수한 물질로서, 이를 함유한 피부 미백용 조성물은 화장료, 피부외용제에 적절히 적용할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 4-히드록시-5-메틸-3[2H]-퓨라논을 유효성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 피부 미백용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 4-히드록시-5-메틸-3[2H]-퓨라논는 0.1∼3중량%함유함을 특징으로 하는 피부 미백용 조성물.
