Abstract

본 발명은 (A) 폴리에스테르수지 및 에폭시 변성 폴리에스테르수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지 10∼90중량부, (B)노보락형 에폭시수지 5∼70 중량부, 및 (C) 경화제 5∼40중량부로 이루어지는 수지 조성물 100중량부에 대하여, (D) 방청안료 20∼120중량부를 함유하는 도료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (A) 폴리에스테르수지 및 에폭시 변성 폴리에스테르수지로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지 10∼90중량부, (B)노보락형 에폭시수지 5∼70 중량부, 및 (C) 경화제 5∼40중량부로 이루어지는 수지조성물 100중량부에 대하여, (D) 방청안료 20∼120중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (A) 폴리에스테르수지 및 에폭시 변성 폴리에스테르수지에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지 20∼70 중량부, (B) 노보락형 에폭시수지 20∼50 중량부, 및 (C) 경화제 10∼30 중량부로 이루어지는 수지조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, (D) 방청 안료 30∼100 중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지의 유리 전이 온도가 -5℃ 내지 80℃이고, 수평균 분자량이 5,000 내지 30,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시-변성 폴리에스테르 수지의 유리 전이 온도가 10℃ 내지 130℃이고, 수평균 분자량이 6,000 내지 30,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 노보락형 에폭시 수지가 페놀형 노볼락 에폭시 수지, 크레졸 노볼락 에폭시 수지 및 분자내에 에폭시기를 4 내지 16개 가진 페놀 글리옥살형 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되고, 수평균 분자량이 600 내지 2,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 아미노알데히드수지 및 블록화 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 1종이상의 경화제인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 아미노 알데히드수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 방청 안료가 크롬산염 안료 및 비크롬계 방청 안료 및 비크롬계 방청 안료로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 방청 안료가 크롬계 안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
  10. 프리코트된 금속판용 하도제로 사용하기 위한 제1항의 도료 조성물.
