Abstract

본 발명은 슬릿(13)으로부터 도포액을 연속적으로 토출해서 지지체(4)표면에 도포하는 압출도포헤드(2)를 구비한 도포장치(1)에 있어서, 상기 슬릿(13)은 도포액유입구단부(13a)로부터 도포액토출구단부(13b)를 향해서 확대되는 테이퍼형상을 이루는 동시에, 도포액유입구단부(13a)의 슬릿간격폭(dl)과 도포액토출구단부(13b)의 슬릿간격폭(d2)가 5%[(d2-dl)/dl]×100

Claims (4)

  1. 슬릿(13)으로부터 도포액을 연속적으로 토출해서 지지체(4)표면에 도포하는 압출도포헤드(2)를 구비한 도포장치(1)에 있어서, 상기 슬릿(13)은 도포액유입구단부(13a)로부터 도포액토출구단부(13b)를 향해서 확대되는 테이퍼형상을 이루는 동시에, 도포액유입구단부(13a)의 슬릿간격폭(dl)과 도포액토출구단부(13b)의 슬릿간격폭(d2)가 하기의 조건 5%[(d2-dl)/dl]×10020%를 만족하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿(13)의 도포액유입구단부(13a)의 슬릿간격폭(dl)과 도포액토출구단부(13b)의 슬릿간격폭(d2)가 하기의 조건 7%[(d2-dl)/dl]×10015%를 만족하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿(13)의 도포액유입구단부(13a)의 슬릿간격폭(dl)이 0.05∼0.2mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿(13)의 도포액유입구단부(13a)의 슬릿간격폭(dl)이 0.1∼0.16mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 도포장치.
