Abstract
본 발명은 다단 펌프 회로를 이용한 전압 발생기에 관한 것으로, 2개 이상의 오실레이터 신호에 의해 전압을 발생 시키는 펌프회로를 다수개 결합시키고, 오실레이터에서 출력되며 서로 다른 위상을 갖는 다수의 오실레이터 출력신호에 의해 다수의 펌프 회로가 서로 다른 주기를 가지고 펌핑 동작 되도록하여 래치-업(Latch-up) 및 파워 라인(Power Line)의 노이즈를 감소시킬 수 있는 펌프 회로를 이용한 전압 발생기에 관해 기술된다.The present invention relates to a voltage generator using a multi-stage pump circuit, which combines a plurality of pump circuits for generating a voltage by two or more oscillator signals, and a plurality of oscillator output signals output from the oscillator and having different phases.
