Abstract

분자내 탄소수가 8 내지 17이고, 알킬 라디킬에 의해 α위치가 치환된 알데히드를 탄소수가 하나 적은 말단 올레핀으로 부터 수득한다. 이 목적을 위해, 올레핀을 먼저 철 카보닐의 존재하에 다음, 철 화합물을 분리 제거하지 않고 촉매로서 로듐의 존재하에 하이드로포밀화한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 알단 이중결합이 우세한 올레핀을 액상으로 160 내지 210℃에서, 철 카보닐의 존재하에 이성체화하고, 이성체화 촉매를 분리 제거하지 않고, 이성체화 혼합물을 80 내지 200℃ 및 5 내지 50MPa의 압력에서 로듐 촉매의 존재하에 하이드로포밀화함을 포함하여, 탄소수가 7 내지 16이고 내부적 이중결합을 갖는 올레핀을 하이드로포밀화함으로써 탄소수가 8 내지 17이고 알킬 라디칼에 의해 α위치가 치환된 알데히드를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이성체화를 올레핀을 기준으로 하여 50 내지 1,000중량PPm, 바람직하게는 200 내지 500중량ppm의 철 카보닐의 존재하에 수행하는 방법,
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이성체화를 170 내지 190℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로포밀화를 을레핀을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 20중량ppm, 바람직하게는 2 내지 5중량pp의 로듐의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로포밀화를 120 내지 150℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하이드로포밀화를 20 내지 30MPa의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
