Abstract

본 발명은 뽕나무과 식물인 구지뽕나무 식물세포로 부터 유도된 모상근을 식물세포 조직 배양기술에 의해 배양함으로써 항암 활성물질인 제리쿠드라닌 유도체를 기존의 방법보다 3배 내지 17배 이상 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 신규 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 뽕나무광과에 속하는 꾸지뽕나무 식물체에 식물병원균 아그로박터 라이조게네스(Agrobacter rhizogenes)를 감염시켜 식물세포로 부터 유도된 모상근을 조직 배양시킴을 포함하는, 제리쿠드라닌 유도체를 함유하는 후라보노이드를 생산하는 방법,
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모상근 배양시 흡착제를 첨가하여 상기 후라보노이드의 생산성을 증가시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제가 비이온형 흡착수지인 방법.
