Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE MATéRIA SóLIDA DE MATERIAL VEGETAL, MATéRIA úTIL PRODUZIDA DE ACORDO COM ESSE PROCESSO, USO DA MATéRIA, BEM COMO INSTALAçãO PARA REALIZAçãO DO PROCESSO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de materiais sólidos, particularmente materiais de construção, sendo que matéria-prima vegetal é triturada, fermentada e pelo menos parcialmente secada. A matéria-prima vegetal é triturada em grãos finos, fermentada pela adição de microorganismos, preferivelmente levedo, e secada. Partes não fermentadas da matéria-prima vegetal são coladas na secagem por substâncias dos microorganismos, de modo que pode ser produzido um material sólido sem adesivos convencionais, que é ecologicamente seguro.
