Abstract

이 발명은, 유기 전이금속화합물과 주족 Ⅲ, Ⅳ및 V의금속의 유기화합물에서 유리되고 출발물질(A) 축합할수있는 기함유오르가노폴리실루산과, (B) 분자량 20,000의 오르가노폴리실록산수지 및 (C)염기성질소함유 화합물을 사용하여 제조할수있는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산액에 관한것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 유기전이금속화합물과 주족 Ⅲ, Ⅳ및 Ⅴ의 금속의 유기화합물로부터 유리되고, 출발물질(A)축합할 수있는기를 포함하는 오르가노폴리실록산과, (B)분자량 20,000미만인 오르가노폴리실록산수지와, (C)염기성질소를 포함한 화합물을 사용하여 제조할수있는 오르가노플리실록산의 수용성분산액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 축합할수있는기를 포함하는 오르가노폴리실록산(A)은 다음식(I)의 오르가노폴리실록산임을 특징으로하는 위 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산액.
    HO-[SiR1O]n-H (Ⅰ)
    위식에서, Rl은 탄소원자 1-18을 가진 같거나 다른 탄화수소래디컬이며, 할로겐원자, 아미노기, 에테르기, 에스테르기, 에폭사이드기, 메르캅토기, 시아노기 또는(폴리)글리콜래디컬에 의해 선택치환되며, 후자는 옥시에틸렌 및/또는 옥시프로필렌 단위로 구성되고, n은 적어도 30의 정수임.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 그 오르가폴리실록산수지(B)는 다음일반식(Ⅱ)의 단위로 구성되는 오르가노폴리실록산수지임을 특징으로하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산액.
    위식에서, R2는 같거나다르며, R1의 정의중 하나이며, R은 같거나다르며, 수소원자 또는 탄소원자 1-6을 가진 알킬래디컬이고, a는 0, 1, 2또는 3이며, e는 7, 1, 2또는 3이다. 단, a와 e의 합은 3보다 작거나 같으며, a와 e는 각각 평균 0보다 더크다.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 그 오르가노폴리실록산수지(B)는 치환할수있는 기를 포함하는 오르가노폴리실록산(A)100중량부당 0.1∼100중량부를 사용함을 특징으로한는 위 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산액.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 염기성질소를 포함하는 화합물(C)은 염기성질소를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 유기래디컬을 가진 오르가노실리콘 화합물이며, 다음식(7)의 단위를 구성함을 특징으로하는 위 오르가노폴리 실록산의 수용성분산액.
    위식에서, R4는 같거나다르며, 염기성질소에서 유리되는 1가의 유기래디컬이며, R5는 같거나다르며, 수소원자, 알킬래디컬, 알칼리금속카티온 또는 암모늄또는 포스포늄기이고, Y는 같거나다르며, 염기성질소를 포함하는 1가의 SiC-결합래디컬이고, b는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이며, c는 0, 1, 2, 3, 또는 4이고, d는 0, 1, 2또는 3이다. 단, b, c및 d의 합은 4보다작거나 동일하며 적어도하나의 래디컬 Y는 분자당 존재함.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 염기성질소함유화합물(C)은 축합할수있는 기를 포함하는 오르가노폴리실록산(A)100중량부당 염기성질소함량 0.01∼5중량부의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로하는 위 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산액.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 그 유화제(D)는 축합할수있는 기를 포함한 오르가노폴리실록산(A) 100중량부 당0.05∼10중량부를 사용함을 특징으로하는 위 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성 분산액.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 그 필러(E)는 축합할수있는 기를 포함한 오르가노폴리실록산(A) 100중량부당 각각의 경우 0.1∼200중량부를 사용함을 특징으로하는 위 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산액.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 한항 또는 그이상의항의 오르가노폴리실록산 수용성분산액을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (A)축합할수있는 기를 포함한 오르가노폴리실록산과, (C)분자랗 20,000미만의 오르가노폴리실록산수지와, 적합할경우 (D)유화제와 적합할 경우 (F)첨가제를 서로혼합시켜 이들의 성분을 분산시켜, 그다음(C)염기성질소함유화합물과 적합할경우(E)필러를 조합시킴을 특징으로하는 위 방법.
  10. 시일링(sealing)또는 코팅조성물로서, 제9항의 방법에 의해 제조되고, 제1항∼제8항중 어느한항 또는 그이상의 항의 수용성분산액의 사용.
