Abstract

윤활성의 저하라는 문제가 생기지 않고, 물성개선성분분말이나 윤활제분말의 분산불량, 즉 편석을 방지할 수 있고, 또한 취급시의 발진발생에 대해서도 이를 억제할 수 있는 분말야금용 혼합분말 및 그리고 혼합분말을 실현할 수 있는 분말야금용 결합제를 제공하려고 하는 것이다.
에틸렌과 프로필렌을 모노머성분으로 하는 공중합체에 위하여 고체결합제를 구성하고, 필요에 따라 상기 고체결합제와 함계 특성의 성분으로 된 액상결합계를 병용하여, 이것과 분말야금용 원료분말을 혼합한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 분말야금용 원료분말에 배합하여 사용되는 결합제에 있어서, 에틸렌과 프로필렌을 모노머성분으로 하는 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 결합제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합비는 에틸렌 :프로필렌이 20∼80중량부 ; 80∼20중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 결합제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공중합체의 중량평균분자량이 1만∼100만인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 결합제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 기재된 결합제와, 분말야금용 원료분말을 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 혼합분말.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 결합제의 배합량이 혼합분말에 대하여 0.05∼0.5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 혼합분말.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 기재된, 분말야금용 결합제와 (A) 요드가가 100 이하 그리고 38℃(100℉)에 있어서의 점도가 50cST 이하의 액상지방산 에스테르 및 또는 (B) 요드가가 15이하, 그리고 38℃(100℉)에 있어서의 점도가 50cST 이하의 액상지방산 에스테르 및 또는 (B) 요드가가 15이하, 그리고 38℃(100℃)에 있어서의 점도가 50cST 이하의 액상지방산을 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 결합제.
  7. 내용 없음
  8. 제7항에 기재된, 분말야금용 결합제와 분말야금용 원료분말을 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 혼합분말.
  9. 제6항 또는 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합제중의 액상지방산 에스테르 및 또는 액상지방산의 배합량이 혼합분말에 대하여 0.01∼0.2중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 혼합분말.
