Abstract
본발명은 가스의 압력을 사용하여 코어 다이와 예비성형물을 미리 분리시키으로써 예비성형물의 이형과 후속 연신 취입 성형공정 모두에 적합한 표면 온도에서 이형시킬 수 있는, 폴리에틸렌에 바람직한 온도 범위에서 연신 취입 성형시킬수 있도록 하는 신규한 방법에 관한 것이다. 이는 사출 금형을 용융된 폴리에틸렌으로 충전시켜 예정된 예비성형물을 사출성형물을 사출 성형시키고, 예비성형물의 입구 부분을 립 다이로 지탱하면서 사추 금형의 캐비티 다아와 코어 다이로부터 예비 성형물을 이형시키고, 에비성형물을 취입 다이에 옮겨 연신 취입 성형시켜 중공 박막 제품을 수득하기 위한 것이다. 가스는 사출 금형으로부터 예비성형물을 이형시키기 전에 코어 다이와 예비성형물의 경계에 강제로 도입시켜 코어 다이로부터 예비성형물의 내벽을 분리시키다. 이형은 예비성형물의 내부가 완전히 냉각되지 않고 아직도 고온이며 이형 직후에 에비성형물의 표면 온도가 80내지 90°인 온도 범위에서 수행한다. 연신 취입 성형단계는 예비성형물의 내부열에 의해 상승된 예비성형물의 표면온도가 120℃에 도달하기 전의 시간 간격내에 수행한다.

Claims (2)
- 캐비티 다이, 코어 다이 및 립 금형으로 이루어진 사출 금형을 용유된 포리에틸렌으로 총전시켜 예정된 예비 성형물을 사출 성형시키는 단계, 립 금형에 의해 예비성형물의 입구 부분을 지탱하면서 사출 금형의 캐비티 다이와 코어 다이로부터 에비성형물을 이형시키는 단계, 예비성형물을 취입 다이에 옮기는 다계및 예비성형물을 여신 취입 성형시켜 중공 박막 제품을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌의 사출 연신 취입 성형방법에 있어서, 예비성형물의 내벽을 코어 다이로부터 분리시키기 위해 사출금형으로부터 예비성형물을 이형시키는 단계(이형 직후에 예비성형물의 표면 온도는 80 내지 90℃가 된다) 및 예비성형물의 내부 열에 의해 상승된 예비성형물의 표면 온도가 120℃에 도달하기 전의 시간 간격내에 예비성형물을 연신 취입 성형시시는 단계를 추가포 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스 도입이, 용융된 폴리에틸렌의 사출 충전이 완료된 직후에 시작됨을 추가의 특징으로 하는, 폴리에틸렌의 사출 연신 취입 성형방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
