Description
5℃から25℃の温度範囲に冷却されたキャビティ型とコア型とを含む射出成形金型を備え、前記射出成形金型に射出充填されたポリエチレン溶融樹脂からプリフォームを成形する射出成形部と、
前記射出成形部で成形された前記プリフォームをブローするブロー成形部と、
を備え、
前記プリフォームの温度が、前記射出成形金型の型開完了時点から最初の極小点に到達した時点±2秒の時間範囲内で、前記ブロー成形部は、前記プリフォームをブローする
ことを特徴とする。
前記射出成形金型内での前記プリフォームの冷却時間は、1秒から2秒であり、その後、前記プリフォームを離型することが好ましい。
前記ブロー成形部は、1.5から2.5の延伸倍率で前記プリフォームをブローすることが好ましい。
5℃から25℃の温度範囲に冷却されたキャビティ型とコア型とを含む射出成形金型にポリエチレン溶融樹脂を射出充填してプリフォームを成形するステップと、
成形された前記プリフォームをブロー成形金型に移送し、中空容器を成形するステップと、

- 5℃から25℃の温度範囲に冷却されたキャビティ型とコア型とを含む射出成形金型を備え、前記射出成形金型に射出充填されたポリエチレン溶融樹脂からプリフォームを成形する射出成形部と、
前記射出成形部で成形された前記プリフォームをブローするブロー成形部と、
を備え、
前記プリフォームの温度が、前記射出成形金型の型開完了時点から最初の極小点に到達した時点±2秒の時間範囲内で、前記ブロー成形部は、前記プリフォームをブローする
