Abstract
목적 : 가성소다법과 비교하여 싼 수산화마그네슘을 중화제로서, 쓰고, 배출가스의 유해물질을 효율 좋게 제거한다.
구성 : 산성물질 및 매진(煤塵)등의 유해물질을 함유하는 배출가스를 수산화 마그네슘을 함유하는 흡수액으로 처리함에 있어, 무언의 다공판을 복수단(複數段)마련을 흡수대역에 있어 배출가스와 흡수액과를 향류(向流)하게 접촉시키고, 또한 흡수대역 최하단에서 흘러내리는 흡수액 pH가 일정하게 되게끔 수산화마그네슘의 공급량을 제어한 배출가스 처리방법 및 배출가스 처리장치이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 배출가스 처리장치의 일실시예를 나타내는 개략 구성도이다.
Claims (4)
- 산성물질 및 매진등의 유해물질을 포함하는 배출가스를 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 흡수액과 접촉시켜서, 배출가스중의 전기 유해물질을 흡수 제거하는 배출가스의 처리방법에서, 무언의 다공판을 복수단으로 설치한 흡수대역에서 배출가스와 흡수액과를 향류로 접촉시킴과 아울러, 흡수대역 최하단에서 흘러내리는 흡수액의 pH가 일정하게 되도록 흡수대역에 공급되는 흡수액에의 수산화마그네숨의 공급량을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배출가스를 냉각대역에서 미리 물스프레이 및 젖은벽에 의해 냉각한후, 흡수대역에 송입하여 흡수액과 접촉시키는 배출가스의 처리방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 흡수대역 최하단에서 흘러내리는 흡수액 pH가 2~6의 범위내의 특정치로 하는 배출가스의 처리방법.
- 배출가스와 수사노하마그네슘을 함유하는 흡수액과를 향류 접속시키기 위한 무언의 다공판을 복수단 배설하는 흡수대역과 흡수대역에 공급되는 흡수액중에 함유되는 수산화마그네슘 양을 제어하여 흡수대역 최하단을 흘러 내리는 흡수액 pH를 제어하는 pH제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스의 처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
