첨부 도면은 본 발명에 의한 1실시예의 개략단면도이다.

이 발명은 절연튜브, 특히 필라멘트 와인딩 방법(filament winding process)으로 제조되는 절연튜브(insulating material tube)에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 유리섬유(glass fibers)로 강화시킨 합성수지재 절연튜브가 고전압 기술분야에서 다년간 절연재료로서 서로 다른 여러 가지의 액상 및 가스상 절연매체로 사용되어 성공을 거둔 바 있다.
이들의 절연튜브는 그 사이에 따라, 특히 축방향으로 절연부하를 받는다.
그러나 그 절연튜브를 6불화황(SF6, sulphur hexafluoride)중에서 사용할 때, 그 규산염(silicates)은 아아크효과(srcing effects)에 의해 발생하는 SF6의 전해생성물에 의해 영향을 받기 때문에 보강용(armouring)으로서 통상적으로 사용되는 유리섬유 조연사(glass fiber rovings)는 SF6와 접촉하지 않는다.
이와같은 이유로, 예로서 폴리에스테르 섬유로 제조된 조연사(rovings)는 이 경우 수지매트릭스(resinmatrix)의 보강용에 사용된다.
그러나, 그 폴리에스테르 섬유 조연사의 코스트가 높기 때문에 이들의 절연튜브도 그 가격이 고가로 되어, 이들의 튜브는 그 라미네이트(laminates)의 탄성률이 약 90℃에서 급격히 떨어지는 결점이 있음은 물론이다.
또, 이른바 진공 합침시킨 또 다른 절연튜브(vacuumimpregnated insulating material tubes)에서는 드라이 롤(dry roll)에 의해 우선 내측층(inner layer)에 폴리에스테르 플리스(polyester fleece)를 구성시키고, 그 다음 유리직물 웨브(glass fabric web)을 감으면(winding), 조 롤(blank winding)이 외측층(outside layer)에 폴리에스테르 직물웨브 또는 폴리에스테르 폴리스로 끝마무리시켜 구성되어 있다.
이와같이 하여 구성된 드라이 코일(dry coil)은 밀폐 모울드(closed mould)내에서 진공에 의해 수지(resin)로 포화시켜 일정한 온도로 경화시킨다.
이 경우 역시 비용이 드는 방법으로 문제가 있다.
이와같이 하여 제조된 절연튜브의 또 다른 결점은 드라이 롤(dry roll)에 사용되는 조성체가 그 지향성구조(oriented structure)를 갖게되어 각각의 그 조연사(roving)가 그 절연튜브의 종축방향으로, 또 반경방향으로 향하게 되는 점에 있다.
이와같이 구성은 각각의 필라멘트가 약간의 습윤(wetting) 결점이 있는 경우 충격전압내성(surge voltage strength)에 대하여 대단히 예민하다.
이 발명은 위에서 설명한 절연튜브용의 진공함침(impregnation) 방법에 의하지 않고 그 절연튜브의 기계적 특성 및 절연특성을(dielectric properties)의 개량, 특히 그 절연튜브의 외측표면(outer surface)의 개량을 제공하는데 있다.
따라서, 이 발명의 목적은 이 발명의 청구범위에 기재된 기술적 구성에 의해 해결되며, 이 발명을 달성할 수 있다.
이 발명에 의해 달성된 잇점은 첫째로 그 절연튜브의 외측표면이 SF6의 전해생성물에 대하여 동일하게 추가보호를 받는데 있으며, 그 다음으로 대단히 민활한(smooth) 외측표면을 얻으며, 경화할 때 그 외측표면에 감아올린 폴리에스테르층이 유리섬유 조연사(glass fiber rovings)로 구성된 절연튜브 벽 코어보다 더 강한 수축작용(shrinking behaviour)을 나타내므로 그 절연튜브의 또 다른 기계적 압축특성을 얻는데 있다.
그 새로운 절연튜브는 코스트가 염가인 필라멘트 와인딩 방법으로 제조할 수 있다. 여기서 기계적 강도를 형성하는 와인딩 코어(winding core)는 고온에서의 탄성률에 대해서 폴리에스테르 섬유(polyester fiber)로 감은 절연튜브보다 훨씬 바람직하게 작용하는 유리섬유 라미네이트(glass fiber laminate)로 구성되어 있다.
그 새로운 절연튜브는 아래에서와 같은 잇점을 가진 방법으로 제조할 수 있다.
그 절연튜브의 내측에, 즉 권취맨드럴(winding mandrel)에 직접 수지로 함침시킨 폴리에스테르 플리스테이프(resin-impregnated polyester fleece tape)로 된 단층 또는 다층이 그 테이프폭의 약 10% 정도로 오버래핑(overlapping)되면서 권취된다.
이와같이 권취된 코일상에 순수한 수지층을 일단 다시 처리하고, 그 다음 필요로 하는 두께로 유리섬유코일(glass fiber coil)을 구성시킨다.
그 다음으로 각각의 유리섬유 조연사(glass fiber rovings)를 절단시켜 폴리에스테르 조연사(polyester rovings)에 결합시킨다.
이 결합시킨 장소(knotting places)는 와인딩 헤드(winding head)내에 있도록 위치시킨다. 그 다음 그 폴리에스테르 섬유 코일(polyester fiber coil)은 유리섬유 코일과 같이, 기계적 내지 전기적 이유에서 필요로 할 때에는 피치(pitch)를 달리하여 전취(winding)를 함으로써 얻어진다. 첨부도면은 개략적으로 나타낸 실시예로서 그 절연튜브의 구성을 나타낸 것이다.
폴리에스테르 플리스(polyester fleece)로 보강되고, 동시에 절연튜브의 내측표면(inner surface)(2)을 형성하는 제1내측층(first inner layer)(1)에 유리섬유 조연사(glass rovings)로 구성된 절연튜브 벽 코어(insulating material tube wall core)(3)가 인접되고 있고, 여기에 보강부(armouring)로서 감은 폴리에스테르 조연사를 포함하며, 동시에 그 절연튜브 벽의 외측표면(outer surface)(5)을 형성하는 제3층(third layer)(4)이 구성되어 있다.
Claims (1)
- 혼합 라미네이트(mixed laminate)의 절연재로 구성되고 절연튜브벽이 내측표면을 형성하는 폴리에스테르 플리스(polyester fleece)의 층과, 그 층 위에 위치되어 있는 글라스섬유 조연사(glass rovings)의 층으로 구성되고 필라멘트 와인딩 방법(filamentang winding process)으로 제조되는 절연튜브(insulating material tube)에 있어서, 그 절연튜브벽(insulating material tube wall)에는 외측표면(outer surface)(5)을 형성하며, 그 유리섬유 조연사로 구성된 절연튜브벽 코어(3)에 직접 인접하여 폴리에스테르 조연사(polyester rovings)로 권취한 제3층(third layer)(4)을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 절연튜브.
