Abstract

본 발명은 시동에 관한 것이다.
시동기의 모터의 구동축에 기어 결합된 입력기어와 피니언기어 지지축과의 사이에 일방향 클러치를 개재시키고, 일방향 클러치의 클러치 아우터의 외주면에 외측톱니를 형성하고, 입력기어에 내측톱니를 형성하며, 클러치 아우터와 입력기어를 기어 결합하고, 그 기어 결합의 맞물림의 반경방향의 유격을 클러치 아우터의 최대 편심량보다 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명의 시동기는, 클러치 아우터의 편심을 기어 결함부의 유격에 의해 흡수 할 수 있고, 일방향 클러치의 결합을 간이화할 수 있으며 생산원가를 저렴화할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 모터에 의해 구동되는 구동력 전달부재와 엔진의 링기어에 적절히 맞물리도록 된 피니언기어와 상기구동력 전달부재와의 사이에 설치된 일방향 클러치를 가지는 시동기에 있어서, 상기 일방향 클러치가 상기 구동력 전달부재에 축선방향으로 상대적으로 끼워 맞추어져 결합된 클러치 아우터를 가지며, 상기 구동력 전달부재와 상기 클러치 아우터가 상호 동축적으로 맞물리는 내측톱니 및 외측톱니를 구비하여 결합됨과 동시에, 상기 양 톱니간의 반경방향의 유격을 상기 일방향 클러치에 의한 상기 클러치 아우터의 최대 편심량을 허용할 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시동기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동력 전달부재가 상기 일방향 클러치의 클러치 인너를 구성하는 피니언기어 지지축에 회전 가능하게 지지되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 시동기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 피니언기어는 상기 피니언기어 지지축에 동축적으로 스플라인 결합되고, 피니언기어 지지축은 중공으로 되며, 피니언기어는 피니언기어 지지축의 내부를 관통하는 푸시로드에 의해 적절히 엔진의 링기어에 맞물리도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시동기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 푸시로드의 후단부에는 플렌지가 형성되고, 로드 스토퍼에 의해 상기 푸시로드와 시프트 스프링과 로드 커버가 일체화되어 피니언기어 지지축의 내부에 수납되어 있으며, 상기 푸시로드의 플렌지와 상기 피니언기어와의 사이에 리턴 스프링이 결합되고, 일단이 마그네트 스위치의 플런저와 걸어 맞추어지는 시프트 레버의 타단이 상기 로드 커버에 맞닿아 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시동기.
