Abstract

열처리 장치에 있어서, 반응실과 매니폴드와의 접합부의 진공 밀폐 부재의 열에 의한 열화에 기인한 반응실의 기밀성의 저하를 방지함과 동시에, 장치의 구성 부재의 가열에 의한 구성 부재 입자의 반응실 속으로의 혼입을 방지하기 위한 장치이다.
열처리 장치의 반응실 격벽의 전체 길이를 반응실의 주위에 배치된 히터의 하단으로부터 충분히 떨어진 곳까지 연장하고, 그 연장된 격벽 부분에 반응실을 배기하기 위한 배기구를 설치한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 화학 증착(CVD) 장치 등의 열처리 장치 부분으로서, 석영 등의 고 순도 재료로 된 반응실 격벽과, 이 반응실 격벽에 의해 형성된 반응실을 가열하기 위한 이 반응실 격벽의 주위에 배치된 히터와, 상기 반응실 격벽의 개구 단부에 접합된 매니폴드와, 이 매니폴드의 개구부를 차폐하는 플랜지로 구성되는 열처리 장치에 있어서, 반응실 내를 배기하기 위한 배기구가 상기 반응실 격벽에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기구가 상기 히터와 상기 매니폴드와의 사이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 장치.
