Abstract

본 발명은 중공 면적 분율이 섬유의 총 단면적을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 40%인 중공 섬유 합성 필라멘트사를 사용하여 접촉 직물 및/또는 필터 직물로 이루어진 에어백을 제조하는 것이다. 접촉 직물이 치밀도는 >72%이고 필터 직물의 치밀도는 45 내지 68%이다. 중공 섬유는, 또한 제조비용을 감소시키는 것 이외에, 보다 가벼운 직물을 제조할 수 있다. 이들 섬유는 에어백의 기능에 유리한 효과를 제공한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 접촉 및/또는 필터 직물의 적어도 일부가, 내부가 중공상태인 합성 필라멘트 사로 이루어지고, 중공면적 분율이 필라멘트의 총 단면적을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 40%이며, 접촉 직물의 치밀도가 >72%이고 필터 직물의 치밀도가 45 내지 68%임을 특징으로 하는 하나 이상의 접촉 직물 및/또는 하나 이상의 필터 직물(여기서, 접촉 직물의 공기 투과도는 500Pa의 시험 차압에서 <10ℓ/dm2ㆍmin이고, 필터 직물의 공기 투과도는 500Pa의 시험 차압에서 20 내지 100ℓ/dm2ㆍmin이다)로 이루어진 에어백.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접촉 및/또는 필터 직물의 적어도 일부가, 내부가 중공상태인 합성 필라멘트 사로 이루어지고, 중공 면적 분율이 필라멘트의 총 단면적을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 30%이며, 접촉 직물의 치밀도가 >72%이고 필터 직물의 치밀도가 45 내지 68%임을 특징으로 하는 에어백.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 접촉 및/또는 필터 직물의 적어도 일부가, 내부가 중공상태인 합성 필라멘트 사로 이루어지고, 중공 면적 분율이 필라멘트의 총 단면적을 기준으로 하여 15 내지 25%이며, 접촉 직물의 치밀도가 >72%이고 필터 직물의 치밀도가 45 내지 68%임을 특징으로 하는 에어백.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 합성 필라멘트 사의 선밀도가 200 내지 1,100dtex임을 특징으로 하는 에어백.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 합성 필라멘트 사의 필라멘트 선밀도가 <8dex임을 특징으로 하는 에어백.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 합성 피라멘트 사의 인성이 >60cN/tex이고 파단 신도가 10 내지 30%임을 특징으로 하는 에어백.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 합성 필라멘트 사가 폴리에스테르, 나일론-6, 6, 나일론-6, 나일론-4, 6, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 에어백.
  8. 직물의 적어도 일부가, 내부가 중공상태인 합성 필라멘트 사로 이루어지고, 중공 면적 분율이 필라멘트의 총 단면적을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 40%이며 직물의 치밀도가 >72%임을 특징으로 하는, 공기 투과도가 500Pa의 시험 차압에서 <10ℓ/dm2ㆍmin인 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 에어백용 접촉 직물.
  9. 직물의 적어도 일부가, 내부가 중공상태인 합성 필라멘트 사로 이루어지고, 중공 면적 분율이 필라멘트의 총 단면적을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 40%이며 직물의 치밀도가 45 내지 68%임을 특징으로 하는, 공기 투과도가 500Pa의 시험 차압에서 20 내지 100ℓ/dm2ㆍmin인 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 에어백용 필터 직물.
