Abstract
본 발명은 (a) 33 내지 75%몰의 테트라불화에틸렌(TFE) ; (b) 15 내지 45%몰의 퍼불화비닐에테르(PVE) ; (c) 10 내지 22%몰의 비닐이덴 불소(VDF)를 포함하는 불화엘라스토머에 관한 것이다. 상기 물질은 극성 용매와 염기에 높은 저항성, 고온에서 뛰어난 압축 특징(compression set), 낮은 Tg와 뛰어난 가공성을 지닌다. 따라서, 상기 불화엘라스토머는 특히 메틸터부틸에테르(MTBE)를 생산하기 위한 식물성(plant) 밀봉요소[(sealing element) O-링]의 제조에 적합하다.

Claims (8)
- (a) 내지 (c)를 필수로 하여 구성된 불화엘라스토머, (a) 33 내지 75%몰의 테트라불화에틸렌(TFE) ; (b) 15 내지 45%몰의 퍼불화비닐에테르(PVE) ; (c) 10 내지 22%몰의 비닐이덴 불소(VDF).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a) 내지 (c)를 필수로 하여 구성된 불화엘라스토머, (a) 40 내지 60%몰의 TFE ; (b) 20 내지 40%몰의 PVE ; (c) 12 내지 20%몰의 VDF.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, PVE는 CF2=CFO-Rf의 구조를 지니며, 여기서 Rf는 퍼불화알킬 C1내지 C6또는 하나 또는 그 이상의 에테르기를 포함하는 퍼불화알킬 C2내지 C9임을 특징으로 하는 불화엘라스토머.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, PVE는 퍼불화메틸비닐에테르, 퍼불화에틸비닐에테르, 퍼불화프로필비닐에테르, 퍼불화(2-n-프록시-프로필비닐에테르), 퍼불화(3-메톡시-프로필비닐에테르), 퍼불화(2-메톡시-에틸비닐에테르) 퍼불화(3,6,9-트리옥시-5,8-디메틸도덱-1-엔), 퍼불화(5-메틸-3,6-디옥시-논-1-엔) 또는 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 불화엘라스토머.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, PVE는 퍼불화메틸비닐에테르 및 퍼불화프로필비닐에테르로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 불화엘라스토머.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 요오드화 및/또는 브롬화된 원자가 연쇄내 및/또는 말단 위치에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 불화엘라스토머.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 퍼불화폴리옥시알킬렌 또는 말단기 및/또는 수소를 포함하는 반복 단위를 포함하는 불화폴리옥시알킬렌의 마이크로에멀젼과, 선택적으로 요오드화 및/또는 브롬화된 연쇄이동제의 존재하에서 수용액성 에멀젼에서 단량체의 공중합 공정에 의해서 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 불화엘라스토머.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중의 어느 한 항에 의해 얻어진 생성물을 O-링의 제조에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 불화엘라스토머의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
