Abstract

특히 통신케이블 또는 광파유도, 외부 파이프 세그먼트(5a)에 대한 보호 파이프로서 사용될, 하나의 파이프를 형성하기 위하여 파형 파이프의 파이프 부품(12, 13)을 연결하기 위한 방법에서, 외부 파이프 세그먼트(5a)는 용접 슬리이브(16)의 리세스(22, 23)내로 삽입되는, 외부 파이프 부분(5)의 부근에서 적절한 절단에 의하여 형성된다. 이들 용접 슬리이브(16)는 외부링(18)과 내부링(17)을 포함하며, 내부링(17)은 파이프 내로 내부 파이프 부분(4)를 지나서 방사상으로 설계되지는 않는다. 링들(17, 18)중의 적어도 하나는 외부 파이프 세그먼트(5a)와 함께 용접된다.

Description

열가소성 재료로된 파이프 부품을 용접하기위한 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 부분적인 종방향 절단에서 파형판(corrugated pipe)를 나타내며,
제2도는 결합되기전에 용접 슬리이브를 가지는 파형 파이프로 형성된 2개의 파이프 부품을 나타내며,
제3도는 가열하면 함께 압박하는 초기에 함께 밀려진후에 제2도에 의한 파이프 부품과 용접 슬리이브를 나타내며,
제4도는 가열하며 함께 압박하는 말기에 제2도 및 제3도에 의한 파이프 부품과 용접 슬리이브를 나타내며,
제5도는 용접 슬리이브이 실시예의 제한된 형태를 나타내며,
제6도는 용접 슬리이브로부터 분리되어 가열되는 전기 저항과 용접 슬리이브를 가지는 파이프 부품을 나타내며,
제7도는 용접 슬리이브이 실시예의 또 다른 형태를 나타낸다.

Claims (7)

  1. 파이프 부품은 중앙 종축의 방향으로 교대로 뒤따르는 내부 파이프 부분(4)과 외부 파이프 부분(5) 및 대체로 이들 2개의 부분을 서로 연결하는 방사상 플랭크(6, 7)를 가지는 파형 부분으로 구성되어 있는 열가소성 재료로된 파형 파이프(1)의 2개의 파이프 부품(12, 13)을 용접하기 위한 방법에 있어서, -2개의 파이프 부품(12, 13)은 그 단부가 각기 원통형 외부 파이프 세그먼트(5a)에 하나의 전면 표면을 가지고 사용되며, -파이프 부품(12, 13)은 용접 슬리이브(16, 16′, 16″, 16″′)가 외부링(18, 18′,18″) 및 내부링(17, 17′, 17″, 17″′)에 의하여, 슬리이브에 의하여 수납된 각 외부 파이프 세그먼트(5a)를 부분적으로 둘러싸는, 열가소성 재료로된 하나의 용접 슬리이브(16, 16′, 16″, 16″′)의 환상 리세스(22, 23; 22″, 23″)내로 그들 외부 파이프 세그먼트와 함께 밀려지며, -한편으로는 외부링(18, 18″, 18″′) 및/또는 내부링(17, 17′, 17″, 17″′)과 다른 한편으로는 외부 파이프 세그먼트(5a)가 적어도 서로에 인접해 있는 구역에서 가소되며, -가소 공정중에 파이프 부품(12, 13)은 환상 리세스(22, 23; 22″, 23″)가 적어도 대체로 가소적으로 변형된 외부 파이프 세그먼트를 가지고 충진될때까지 서로 일직선의 축(2)의 방향으로 향하여 눌려지며, -전류가 차단되고, 외부 파이프 세그먼트(5a)는 냉각에 의하여 용접 슬리이브(16, 16′, 16″, 16″′)와 연결되는 상기의 방법의 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용접 슬리이브(16, 16′, 16″, 16″′)는 그 내부링(17, 17′, 17″, 17″′)와 그 외부링(18, 18′,18″ )가 서로로부터 2개의 리세스(22, 23; 22″, 23)를 분리시키는 중앙 웨브에 의하여 서로 연결되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용접 슬리이브(16, 16′)는 그 외부링(18)에서 전기 저항열(24)이 배열되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용접 슬리이브(16″′)는 그 내부링(17″′)에서 전기저항열(24″′)가 배열되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용접 슬리이브(16′)는 그 내부링(17′)이 보강 인레이(29)가 공급되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용접 슬리이브 (16″)로부터 분리된 저항 열(30)은 저항 열(30)이 각각의 리세(22″, 23″)내로 삽입되도록 외부 파이프 세그먼트(5a)위에 놓여져서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제2항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용접 슬리이브(16, 16′, 16″, 16″′)는 그 환상 리세스(22, 23; 22″, 23″)가 중앙웨브(19)를 향하여 그 용접 슬리이브(16, 16′, 16″, 16″′)의 전면(20, 21)로부터 약간 뾰족하여져서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
