Claims (26)

  1. (A) 제1쉬트 재료의 표면에 접착제조성물을 도포하는 단계 : (B) 상기 제1쉬트 재료 표면상의 접착제조성물을 유전성 장벽 방전 엑시머 램프로부터의 비간섭성 펄스화 자외선에 노출시키는 단계 ; (C) 제2쉬트 재료 표면을 상기 제1쉬트 재료의 접착제조성물 도포 표면과 접촉시키는 단계 ; 및 (D) 상기 접촉제조성물을 경화시키는 단계로 이루어지며, 여기서 (1) 상기 비간섭성 펄스화 자외선이 약 260 내지 360nm 범위에서 하나의 좁은 파장 밴드를 가지며, (2) 상기 접착제조성물이 접착제조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 94 내지 약 60중량%의 지환족 디에폭시드, 약 1 내지 약 10중량%의 양이온성 광개시제및 약 5 내지 약 37중량%의 비닐클로라이드-비닐아세테이트-비닐알콜 삼원 중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 2개 이상의 쉬트 재료층으로 이루어진 라미네이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2쉬트 재료 각각이 독립적으로 필름 또는 섬유 쉬트 재료인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 섬유 쉬트 재료가 셀룰로오스 섬유. 폴리올레핀 섬유 또는 셀룰로오스 섬유와 폴리올레핀 섬유의 혼합물로 이루어진 부직웹의 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서. 상기 부직웹이 티슈웹, 멜트블로운웹. 코폼웹, 및 스펀본딩웹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 양이온성 광개시제가 아릴술포늄염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 광개시제가 트리아릴술포늄염인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼원 중합체가 약 15,000 내지 약 30,000범위의 분자량을 갖는 것인 방법.

(A) 제1표면 및 제2표면을 갖는 제1쉬트를 제공하는 단계 ; (B) 상기 제1쉬트의 상기 제1표면 및 상기 제2표면 각각에 접착제조성물을 도포하는 단계 ; (C) 상기 제1쉬트의 각각 상기 제1표면 및 상기 제2표면 위의 접착제조성물을 유전성 장벽 방전 엑시머 램프로부터의 비간섭성 펄스화 자외선에 노출시키는 단계 : (D) 제2쉬트의 표면을 상기 제1쉬트의 접착제조성물 도포 제1표면과 접촉시키는 단계 : (E) 제3쉬트의 표면을 상기 제1쉬트의 접착제조성물 도포 제2표면과 접촉시키는 단계 ; 및 (F) 접착제조성물을 경화시키는 단계로 이루어지며, 여기서 (1) 상기 비간섭성 펄스화 자외선이 약 260 내지 약 360nm 범위에서 하나의 좁은 파장 밴드를 가지며. (2) 상기 접착제조성물이 접착제조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 94 내지 약 60중량%의 지환족 디에폭시드. 약 1 내지 약 10중량%의 양이온성 광개시제및 약 5 내지 약 30중량%의 비닐클로라이드-비닐아세테이트-비닐알콜 삼원 중합체로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 3개의 쉬트로 이루어진 라미네이트의 제조 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3쉬트 재료 각각이 독립적으로 필름 또는 섬유 쉬트 재료인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서. 섬유 쉬트 재료가 셀룰로오스 섬유, 폴리올레핀 섬유 또는 셀룰로오스 섬유와 폴리올레핀 섬유의 혼합물로 이루어진 부직웹의 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 부직웹이 티슈웹, 멜트블로운웹, 코폼웹 및 스펀본딩웹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 광개시제가 아릴술포늄염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.

(1) 쉬트 재료들이, 접착제조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 94 내지 약 60중량%의 지환족 디에폭시드, 약 1 내지 약 5중량%의 양이온성 광개시제및 약 10 내지 약 30중량%의 비닐클로라이드-비닐아세테이트-비닐알콜 삼원 중합체로 이루어진 접착제조성물에 의해 함께 부착되고, (2) 접착제조성물의 경화는 유전성 장벽 방전 엑시머 램프로부터의 약 260 내지 약 360nm 범위에서 하나의 좁은 파장 밴드를 갖는 비간섭성 펄스화 자외선에 노출됨으로써 활성화되고, (3) 주변 온도에서 5분 이상 동안 지방족 탄화수소 용제에 의해서 큰 악영향을 받지 않으며, (4) 약 200g을 초과하는 박리 강도를 갖는, 필름 및 셀룰로오스 섬유, 폴리올레핀 섬유 또는 셀룰로오스 섬유와 폴리올레핀 섬유의 혼합물로 이루어진 부직 웹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 독립적으로 선택된 2개 이상의 쉬트 재료로 이루어진 라미네이트.
