Abstract
섬유 강화 복합재료를 제조하기 위하여, 단일 필라멘트의 직경이 7 내지 30㎛인 다수의 연속 필라멘트 밴드의 형태로 병렬식으로 배열하여 장력을 가하고 용융 인발성형법으로 열가소성 중합체 용융물을 사용하여 필라멘트 밴드를 습윤시킨다. 이러한 공정에 있어서, 필라멘트 밴드를 2개 이상의 가열된 스프레더 (spreader) 표면상에서 끌어당긴다. 낮은 전단속도에서 측정한 용융물의 점도는 105 내지 2500Pa.s이다. 제1스프레더 표면에 가해지는 장력은 단일 필라멘트 4000당 5 내지 50N이터, 필라멘트 밴드의 속도는 3m/min이상이다.

Claims (4)
- 단일 필라멘트의 직경이 7 내지 30㎛인 다수의 연속 피랄멘트를 병렬식으로 배열하고 장력을 가하여 밴드를 형성하고, 용융 일반성형법으로 열가소성 중합체 용융물을 사용하여 필라멘트 밴드를 습윤[이때, 필라멘트 밴드를 2개 이상의 가열된 스프레더(spreader) 표면상에서 끌어당기며 고형화된 필라멘트 테이프의 연속 필라멘트 용적 함량은 5 내지 70용적%(여기서, 낮은 전단속도에서 측정한 용융물의 점도는 105 내지 2500Pa.s이고, 제1스프레더 표면에 가해지는 장력은 단일 필라멘트 4000개당 5 내지 50N이며, 필라멘트 밴드의 속도는 3m/min 이상이다)가 되도록 한다]시킴으로써, 섬유 강화 복합재료를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최종 스프레더 표면으로부터 함침된 필라멘트 밴드의 개시장력이 단일 필라멘트 4000개당 50N이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스프레더 표면의 외형이 스프레더 표면에 의해 한정된 닙(nip) 및 인입 밴드가 용융물로 충전되며 섬유속(fiber bundle)이 용융물에 대한 공급 통로와 접촉하지 않는 상태인 방법.
- 용융되고 재고형화된 열가소성 중합체[여기서, 공정 동안에 열가소성 중합체 용융물의 용융점도는 105 내지 2500 Ns/㎡(낮은 전단속도에서 측정함)이고, X-선 회절로 측정한 유리섬유 표면의 비율은 25% 미만, 특히 15% 미만이다)에 의해 함께 결합되어 병렬로 배열된 강화 필라멘트 5 내지 70용적%를 함유하는 섬유 강화 복합재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
