Abstract

본 발명은 지방산 에스테르, 알콜 및 물을 포함한 경피투여용기제 및 의약 화합물과 기제를 포함한 경피투여용 약학적 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 경피에 흡수되기 어려운 의약 화합물도 효과적으로 경피투여할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 지방산 에스테르, 알콜 및 물을 포함한 경피 투여용 기제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지방산 에스테르가 고급 지방산 에스테르이고, 알콜이 일가 알콜 또는 다가 알콜인 기제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 3성분의 총 부피를 기준으로, 약 0.1 내지 약 50부피%의 지방산 에스테르, 약 10 내지 약 90 부피%의 알콜 및 약 1 내지 약 80부피%의 물을 함유하는 기제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 알콜이 탄소원자 2 내지 12개를 갖는 알콜이고, 지방산 에스테르가(A) 탄소원자 1 내지 32개를 갖는 지방산과 탄소원자 1 내지 30개를 갖는 지방족 일가 알콜과의 에스테르 또는 (B) 탄소원자 10 내지 22개를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 지방산과 모노 또는 폴리글리세린과의 에스테르인 기제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알콜이 탄소원자 2내지 4개를 갖는 1가, 2가 또는 3가 알콜이고, 지방산 에스테르가 탄소원자 6 내지 18개를 갖는 지방산과 탄소원자 3 내지 20개를 갖는 지방족 일가 알콜과의 에스테르, 또는 탄소원자 12 내지 18개를 갖는 포화 또는 불포화 지방산과 모노 글리세린, 디글리세린, 트리글리세린. 테트라글리세린, 펜타 글리세린 및 헥사글리세린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 모노 또는 폴리글리세린과의 에스테르인 기제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 지방산 에스테르가 이소프로필 미리스테이트 또는 이소프로필 카프레이트이고, 알콜이 에탄올인 기제.
  7. 지방산 에스테르, 알콜 및 물을 포함한 경피투여용 기제와 함께 의약화합물을 포함하는 경피투여용 약학적 제제.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 지방산 에스테르가 이소프로필 미리스테이트 토는 이소프로필 카프레이트이고, 알콜이 에탄올인 약학적 제제.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 의약 화합물이 친유성 화한물인 약학적 제제
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 의약 화합물이 생물학적 활성 비타민 D3인 약학적 제제.
