Abstract

본 발명은 단상유도 전동기를 제어함에 있어서, 단상유도 전동기의 속도를 검출하고, 이 검출된 신호로부터 이상적 전달함수를 수학적으로 설정하여 전동기의 속도나 위치를 기준모델을 추종하도록 하는 적응제어방식의 마이콤으로 제어하도록 함으로써, 오버슈트, 정상상태오차를 극소화시켜 과도상태에서 부드러운 속도출력을 얻을 수 있도록 한 것임.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 적용되는 단상유도 전동기의 제어블럭도,
제2도는 본 발명에 적용되는 적응제어의 블럭도,
제3도는 본 발명에 적용되는 단상유도 전동기의 제어 플로우챠트,
제4도는 본 발명에 의한 단상유도 전동기의 속도 파형도.

Claims (1)

  1. 단상유도 전동기의 제어방법에 있어서, 초기화단계(300)와, 상기 초기화단계(300)에서 제로크로싱회로 (나)와 속도검출회로(다)로 부터 입력되는 신호를 받아 인터럽트를 계산하여 입출력을 지정하는 인터럽트 지정하는 인터럽트 지정단계(301)와, 상기 인터럽트 지정단계(301)에서 원하는 속도를 입력하는 기준속도 입력단계(302)와, 입력된 속도로 전동기를 구동시키는 전동기 구동단계(303)와, 상기 전동기 구동단계(303)에서 전동기가 N회전하였는가를 판단하는 전동기 회전판단단계(304)와, 상기 전동기 회전판단단계(304)에서 전동기가 N회전마다 속도를 검출하고 검출된 속도를 검출하고 검출된 속도를 저장하는 메모리 저장단계(305)와, 상기 메모리 저장단계(305)에서 저장된 속도와 기준속도와를 비교하는 속도비교단계(306)와, 상기 속도비교단계(306)에서 비교된 속도차를 소정의 프로그램에 의한 적응제어를 하는 적응제어단계(307)와, 상기 적응제어단계(307)에서 적응제어된 제어계수를 산출하는 제어계수 산출단계(308)와, 상기 제어계수 산출단계(308)에서 산출된 제어계수로 전동기를 구동시키는 전동기 제어단계(308)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단상유도 전동기의 제어방법.
