Abstract

본 발명은 헤리컬기어를 합리적으로 취출하기 위한 것으로서, 플레이트(1)에 고정된 이젝터 가이드(4)와 캐비티(2)내를 승강운동하는 이젝터(6)를 플레이트(1)에 구비된 캐비티(2)내의 헬리컬 치형형성용 치형(3)에서의 1회전에 대한 직진량을 일치시킨 헬리컬치(7,8)에 의하여 맞물리고, 이젝터(6)에 작업물과 결합하는 결합용 돌기(13)를 구비한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 플레이트에 대하여 일체적으로 고정된 이젝터 가이드와 캐비티 내를 승강하는 이젝터를, 플레이트에 구비된 캐비티 내의 헬리컬 치형형성용 치형에서의 1회전에 대한 직진량을 일치시킨 헬리컬치에 의하여 맞물리고, 또한 이젝터에 작업물과 일체적 회전을 가능하게 하는 결합수단을 구비하여서 이루어진 헬리컬 기어의 성형장치.
  2. 내주면에 헬리컬 치형형성용 치형을 가진 캐비티 내에 작업물을 넣어둠으로서, 작업물의 주위에 헬리컬 치형을 내붙임 형성하고, 그 작업물를 상기 헬리컬 치형형성용 치형에서의 1회전에 대한 직진량과 일치한 스크류 윤동을 하는 이젝터에 의하여 회전시키면서, 취출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헬리컬 기어의 성형방법.
