Abstract

Claims (14)
- (a)영상화될 표적부위에 특이적으로 결합하는 특이적 결합 폴리펩티드지역과 (b) 특이적 결합 폴리펩티드지역에 공유결합적으로 결합하는, 일반식 Cp(aa)Cp[식중,Cp는 보호된 시스테인이고, (aa)는 아미노산임]의 테크네튬 결합지역으로 구성된, 테크네튬 99m표지되며, 포유류체네 표적부위를 영상화시켜주는 폴리펩티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 특이적 결합 폴리펩티드직역과 Cp(aa)Cp가 하나이상의 아미노산을 통해 공유결합적으로 결합하는 폴리펩티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보호된 시스테인 이 하기 일반식의 보호그룹을 갖는 폴리 펩티드.-CH2-NH-CO-R식중 R은 C1-6의 저급알킬, 페닐 또는 저급 알킬, 하이드록시, 저급알콕시, 카복시 또는 저급 알콕시 카보닐 또는 2-, 3-, 4-, 피리딜 치환된 페닐임.
- 제1항에 있어서, Cp(aa) Cp가 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리펩티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 특이적 결합 폴리펩티드지역이 혈괴, 종양, 감염부위, 아테톰성 동맥경화 플락, 아미로이드 플락 또는 뼈에 특이적으로 결합하는 폴리펩티드.

- 표적불위에 특이적 결합폴리펩티드 지역을 통해 결합하는 테크네큠-99m표지된 유효진단량의 제1항 폴리펩티드를 투여하는 단계와 집적된 테트네튬-99m을 검측해내는 단계로 구성되는, 포유류체내 표적부위 영상화방법.
- 펩티드를 시험관내에서 화학적으로 합서아느 제1항 펩티드의 제조방법.
