Abstract

본 발명은 N-아세틸-L-글루타민 알루미늄트리하이드록사이드와 제산제로 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 마그네슘트리실리케이트 및 마그네슘카보네이트에서 선택된 1종 이상의 제산재를 함유하는 신규의 궤양의 예방 및 치료용 의약조성물 및 이 조성물과 약학적으로 허용되는 통상의 부형재, 희석제, 안정제 감메제에서 선택된 1종이상의 보조제를 가하여 통상의 약학적재재의 제조방법에 따라서 제조된 N-아세틸-L-글루타민 알루미늄트리하이드록사이드와 제산제를 함유한 궤양의 예방 및 치료용 의약제제에 관한 것이며, 본 발명의 조성물은 N-아세틸-L-글루타민 알루미늄트리하이드록사이드의 통상의 사용량의 1/2 이하의 용량에서도 탁월한 항궤양효과를 나타낸다.

Claims (6)

  1. N-아세틸-L-글루타민 알루미늄트리하이드록사이드와 제산제를 함유하는 궤양의 예방 및 치료용 의약조성물.
  2. 제1항에서, 제산제로서 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 마그네슘트리실리케이트 및 마그네슘카보네이트에서 선택된 1종이상의 제산제를 함유하는 궤양의 예방 및 치료용 의약조성물
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에서, N-아세틸-L-글루타민 알루미늄트리하이드록사이드와 제산재를 5 : 1 내지 1 : 5의 중량비로 함유하는 궤양의 예방 및 치료용 의약조성물.
  4. N-아세틸-L-글루타민 알루미늄트리하이드록사이드와 제산제를 약학적으로 허용되는 통상의 부형재,희석재, 안정제, 감미제에서 선택된 1종이상의 보조제와 혼합하고 통상의 약학적 제재형태로 제형화한 궤양의 예방 및 치료용 의약제제.
  5. 제1항에서, 제산제로 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 마그네슘트리실리케이트 및 마그네슘카보네이트에서 선택된 1종이상의 제산제를 함유하고, 약학적으로 허용되는 통상의 부형제, 희석제, 안정제, 감미제에서 선택된 1종이상의 보조제와 혼합하고 통상의 약학적 제제형태로 제형화한 궤양의 예방 및 치료용 의약제제.
  6. 제4항 또는 5항에서, N-아세틸-L-글루타민 알루미늄트리하이드록사이드와 제산제를 5 : 1 내지 1 : 5의 중량비로 함유하고, 여기에 약학적으로 허용되는 통상의 부형재, 희석제, 안정제, 감미제에서 선택된 1종 이상의 보조제를 혼합하고 통상의 약학적 제제형태로 제형화한 궤양의 예방 및 치료용 의약제제.
