Abstract

Claims (19)

  1. 전기 자동차의 배터리를 충전하는데 사용하기 위한 배터리 충전 시스템에 있어서, 하우징, 높은 위치에 상기 하우징을 장착하기 위한 수단, 상기 하우징내에 배치된 전원 공급 장치, 상기 하우징내에 배치되어 차량의 배터리에 공급된 전력량을 제어하는 전자회로 상기 하우징내에 배치되어 전자회로에 의해 전원 공급장치에 결합되고, 전기 자동차내에 배치된 2차코일 어셈블리와 결합가능한 1차 코일 어셀블리를 갖는 신축가능한 배터리 충전 디바이스, 및 상기 하우징내에 배치되어 상기 전자회로에 결합되고, 사용자에 의해 제공된 입력에 응답하여 배터리 충전 시스템의 동작을 제어하는 제어전자회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열을 제거하기 위해 공기를 사이 시스템으로 관통시키기 위해 상기 전자회로에 결합된 팬을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 전자 회로가 상기 시스템을 동작시키기 위해 사용자에 의해 삽입된 신용카드형키를 판독하는 카드 판독기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신축가능한 배터리 충전 디바이스가, 하우징, 이 하우징내에 배치된 1차코어, 이 1차코어내에 배치된 도넛형 1차권선, 및 이 1차권선에 결합되어 외부 전원을 1차코일 어셈블리에 결합하는 전기 케이블을 포함하는 제거가능한 1차코일 어셈블리 및 상기 제거가능한 1차코일 어셈블리와 결합가능한 리셉터클 하우징, 이 리셉터클 하우징내에 배치된 2차코어, 이 2차코어내에 배치되어 배터리에 결합할 수 있는 도넛형 2차권선을 포함하는 2차코일 어셈블리를 포함하는 유도성 충전기, 및 상기 1차 및 2차권선이 서로 인접하도록, 2차코일 어셈블리에 인접하게 상기 제거가능한 1차코일 어셈블리를 고정할 수 있게 보유하기 위한 보유수단을 포함하고, 각각의 1차 및 2차권선과 1차 및 2차코일 어셈블리가 결합될 때 상기 1차 및 2차코일어셈블리가 변압기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 1차 및 2차 코어가 페라이트 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 시스템.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 1차 및 2차 권선이 구리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 신축가능한 배터리 충전 디바이스가, 핸들을 갖는 하우징, 개구를 갖고 있고 이 하우징내에 배치되는 1차권선, 및 이 1차권선에 결합되어 외부 전원 공급 장치로부터 충전기에 결합되는 전기 케이블을 포함하는 제거가능한 1차코일, 및 각각의 코어부가 코어부내에 배치된 2차권선을 갖고 있고 배터리가 결합가능하고, 제1 및 제2결합가능한 자기 코어부가 개방 및 폐쇄부를 제공하도록 분리가능한 제1 및 제2결합가능한 자기 코어부를 포함하는 2차코일을 포함하는 유도성 충전기를 포함하고, 제1 및 제2결합가능한 코어부들이 개방되었을때 1차코일이 각각의 제1 및 제2결합 가능한 코어부를 사이에 삽입될 수 있고, 제1 및 제2결합가능한 코어부가 폐쇄되었을때 제1 및 제2코일들이 변압기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 각각의 1차 및 2차 권선들 각각을 둘러싸는 절연물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 시스템.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 절연 물질이 나일론을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전시스템.

  14. 제13항에 있어서, 개방수단, 상부 코어부에 부착된 제거가능한 부재, 하부 코어부로부터 상부 코어부를 교호적으로 결합 및 분리하기 위해 하부 코어부에 따라 상하로 이동가능한 부재를 이동하는 수단, 및 상부 및 하부 코어부가 결합될 때 이 상부 하부 코어부를 유지하기 위해 이동가능한 부재에 결합된 신장수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 충전 시스템.
