Abstract

본 발명은 (ⅰ) 규소에 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹을 갖는 알킬트리알콕시실란; (ⅱ) 실란 커플링제, (ⅲ) 아미노수지 및 (iv) 4급 암모늄 실란을 함유하는 수용액인 조성물에 관한 것이다. 당해 조성물은 표면이 발수성으로 되도록 하기 위해 사용된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 물, (ⅰ) 규소에서 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹을 갖는 알킬트리알콕시실란 및 규소에서 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹을 갖는 알킬트리알콕시실란의 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 알킬트리알콕시실란, (ⅱ) 수용성 실란 커필링제 또는 이의 가수분해 생성물, (ⅲ) 아미노 수지 및 (ⅳ) 하기 일반식(Ⅰ), (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 일반식을 갖는 4급 암모늄 실란을 혼합함으로써 수득된 생성물을 포함하는 조성물.
    상기식에서, Y는 RO(여기서, R은 탄소수가 1내지 4인 알킬 라디칼이다)이고; a는 0.1 또는 2의 값을 갖고; R´은 메틸 또는 에틸 라디칼이고;R"은 탄소수가 1내지 4인 알킬렌 그룹이고;R'",R"" 및 Rv는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수가 1내지 18인 알킬 라디칼, -CH2C6H5, -CH2CH2OH-, -CH2OH 및 -(CH2)wNHC(O)R(여기서, x는 2내지 10의 값을 갖고 R는 탄소수가 1내지 12인 피플루오로알킬 라디칼이다)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고;X는 염화물, 브롬화물, 불화물, 요오드화물, 아세테이트 또는 토실레이트이고;Z는 일반식 C5H6N+-의 양하전된 방향족 피리디늄 환이다.
  2. 물, (ⅰ) 규소에서 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹을 갖는 알킬트리알콕시실란 및 규소에서 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹을 갖는 알킬트리알콕시실란의 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 알킬트리알콕시실란,(ⅱ) 아미노 수지 및 (ⅲ) 하기 일반식(Ⅰ), (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 일반식을 갖는 4급 암모늄실란을 혼합함으로써 수득된 생성물을 포함하는 조성물.

  3. 물, (ⅰ) 규소에서 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹을 갖는 알킬트리알콕시실란 및 규소에서 C1내지 C6알킬 그룹을 갖는 알킬트리알콕시실란의 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 알킬트리알콕시실란,(ⅱ) 아미노 수지 및 (ⅲ) 하기 일반식(Ⅰ), (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) 및 (Ⅳ)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 일반식을 갖는 4급 암모늄 실란을 혼합함으로써 형성된 수용액을 표면에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하여, 표면이 발수성으로 되도록 처리하는 방법.
