Abstract

본 발명은 삶는 세탁기의 안전장치로서 세탁조의 소정부위에 히터의 온도를 감지하는 서미스터 및 서모스테트를 설치하고, 세탁수의 가열온도를 감지하는 서미스터와, 서미스터이상 및 가열된 세탁수의 온도를 감지 히터를 오프시키는 서모스테트를 장착하여, 상기 서미스터와 마이콤 또는 수위감지부의 이상발생으로 히터를 오프시킬 필요가 있을 때 기계적으로 히터를 오프시켜 히터과열로 인한 세탁기의 소손을 방지하도록 한 것임.

제1도는 본 발명 삶는 세탁기의 안전장치가 부착된 상태를 보인 일실시예도.
제2도는 본 발명에 적용되는 안정장치의 회로도.

Claims (1)

  1. 세탁조(1)에 설치된 히터(2)일측에 접하여 금속브래킷트(3)를 장착하고, 이 금속브래킷트(3)의 내측에 상기 히터(2)의 온도를 감지하는 서미스터(Th1)와, 서미스터(Th1)이상시 히터구동을 정지시키는 서모스테트(36)를 설치하여서된 삶는 세탁기에 있어서, 상기 세탁조(1)의 소정부위에 가열되는 세탁수의 온도를 감지하는 서미스터(6)와, 이 서미스터(6)의 이상으로 가열되는 세탁수가 소정온도이상이 되면 히터(2)의 구동을 차단하는 서모스테트(37)를 각각 돌출 장착하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 삶는 세탁기의 안전장치.
