Abstract

본 발명은 폴리(비닐클로라이드) 화합물의 유동특성들을 조절하는 새로운 첨가제 중합체들, 및 그러한 첨가제 중합체들을 포함하는 폴리(비닐클로라이드) 사출성형 조성물들에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 첨가제 중합체들은 비교차결합성 중합체로 된 코어, 교차결합중합체로 된 캡슐화 셀 단, 및 임의로 최종외부 셀단을 함유하는 코어/셀 중합체류이다. 바람직하게, 본 발명의 중합체조성물은 폴리(비닐클로라이드) 100부당 약 2-15부의 첨가제 중합체를 포함한다. 본 발명의 첨가제 중합체를 함유하는 폴리(비닐클로라이드) 조성물은 직접사출성형에 의해 많은 유용한 물품들을 형성하는데 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. 비닐클로라이드 중합체 유동성 향상 첨가제로서 유용한, 다음 단들(stages)을 함유하는 코어/셀 중합체, (A) 고급알킬이 C4-C12인, 고급알킬(메트)아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 단원단들 80wt% 이상 함유하는 중합체로 된 코어(여기서, 그 코어중합체는 그라프트결합성 또는 교차결합성 단량체로부터 유도된 단위들을 함유하지 않으며 의도적으로 교차결합되지 않음.); (B) 다음 단위들을 함유하는 교차결합 중합체로 된 중간단; (1) 90wt% 이상의, 하나이상의 비닐방향족 단량체들 또는 (메트)아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르들(여기서, 알킬에스테르들은 C1-C4알코올로부터 유도된 것들임)로부터 유도된 단위들, (2) 0.5-10wt%의, (a) 둘 이상의 공중합가능한 이중결합들을 함유하는 다작용기 단량체; 또는 (b) 공중합가능한 불포화산의 알칼리금속염, 알칼리토금속염, 또는 전이 금속염의 최소한 하나로부터 유도된단위들, (C) 하나이상의 비닐방향족 단량체들 또는 메타크릴산의 저급알킬 에스테르를(여기서, 저급알킬 에스테르들은 C1-C4알코올들로부터 유도된 것들임)로부터 유도된 단위들을 70wt% 이상 함유하는 중합체로 된 최종 셀단.
  2. 비닐클로라이드 중합체 유동성 향상 첨가제로서 유용한, 다음 코어 및 셀을 함유하는 코어/셀 중합체, (A) 고급알킬이 C4-C12인, 고급알킬(메트)아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 단원단들을 80wt% 이상 함유하는 중합체로 된 코어(여기서, 그 코어중합체는 그라프트결합성 또는 교차결합성 단량체로부터 유도된 단위들을 함유하지 않으며 의도적으로 교차결합되지 않음.); (B) 다음 단위들을 함유하는 교차결합 중합체로 된 셀. (1) 90wt% 이상의, 하나이상의 비닐방향족 단량체들 또는 (메트)아크릴산의 알킬에스테르들(여기서, 알킬에스테르들은 C1-C4알코올로부터 유도된 것들임)로부터 유도된 것들임)로부터 유도된 단위들, (2) 0.5-10wt%의, (a) 둘 이상의 공중합가능한 이중결합들을 함유하는 다작용기 단량체; 또는 (b) 공중합가능한 불포화산의 알칼리금속염, 알칼리토금속염, 또는 전이금속염의 최소한 하나로부터 유도된 단위들.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고급알킬(메트)아크릴레이트는 n-부틸 아크릴레이트이고 메타크릴산의 저급알킬에스테르는 메틸에스테르인 중합체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 고급알킬(메트)아크릴레이트는 n-부틸 아크릴레이트이고 (메트)아크릴산의 저급알킬 에스테르는 메틸 메타에스테르인 중합체.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 불포화산이 메타크릴산, 아크릴산, 이타콘산, 말레산, 푸마르산, 알파-메틸렌-델타-메틸아디프산, 및 아크릴옥시폴피온산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 카르복시산인 중합체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 불포화 카르복시산이 메타크릴산의 중합체.
  7. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 알칼리금속염이 나트륨염이고, 코어 중합체의 분자량이 5000 내지 100,000인 중합체.
  8. (A) 비닐클로라이드의 중합체; 및 (B) 유동성 향상 첨가제로서 유용하며 다음 단들(1) 및 (2) 또는 (1), (2) 및 (3)을 함유하는 코어/셀 중합체를 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
    (1) 고급알킬이 C4-C12인, 고급알킬(메트)아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 단위들을 80wt% 이상 함유하는 중합체로 된 코어(여기서, 그 코어중합체는 그라프트결합성 또는 교차결합성 단량체로부터 유도된 단위들을 함유하지 않으며 의도적으로 교차결합되지 않음); (1) 다음 단위들을 함유하는 교차결합 중합체로 된 중간단; (ⅰ) 90wt% 이상의, 하나이상의 비닐방향족 단량체들 또는 (메트)아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르들(여기서, 알킬에스테르들은 C1-C4알코올로부터 유도된 것들임)로부터 유도된 단위들, (ⅱ) 0.5-10wt%의, (a) 둘 이상의 공중합가능한 이중결합들을 함유하는 다작용기 단량체; (b) 공중합가능한 불포화산의 알칼리금속염, 알칼리토금속염, 또는 전이금속염의 최소한 하나로 유도된 단위들, (3) 하나이상의 비닐방향족 단량체들 또는 메타크릴산의 저급알킬 에스테르를(여기서, 저급알킬 에스테르들은 C1-C4알코올들로부터 유도된 것들임)로부터 유도된 단위들을 70wt% 이상 함유하는 중합체로 된 최종 셀단.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 사출성형 조건들하에서 측정시, 첨가제 중합체를 함유하지 않는 비닐클로라이드의 중합체의 용융점도 이하의 용융점도를 갖는 조성물.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 비닐클로라이드의 중합체가 비닐클로라이드의 단중합체인 조성물.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 비닐클로라이드의 중합체가 비닐클로라이드로부터 유도된 단위들 80wt%이상, 및 하나이상의 프로필렌, 에틸렌, 비닐아세테이트, 비닐리덴클로라이드, 또는 저급알킬 아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 단위들 20wt% 이하를 함유하는 공중합체인 조성물.
  12. 비닐클로라이드의 중합체가 40,000 내지 120,000의 중량평균분자량 또는 50 내지 60의 피켄셔 K값(Fikentscher K value)을 갖는 것인 조성물.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 비닐클로라이드의 중합체 100부당 2-15부의 첨가제 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 사출성형 조건들하에서 비혼화성인 또는 부분적으로 비혼화성인 형태를 갖는 조성물.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 하나이상의 충격조절제, 윤활제, 열안정화제, 가소제, 표면변화제, 유기안료, 열변형개선제, 유기염료, 또는 이형제를 포함하는 조성물.
  16. 제8항에 있어서, 무기 또는 유기충진제 또는 섬유를 포함하는 조성물.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 무기 또는 유기충진제 또는 섬유를 포함하는 조성물.
