제3도는 상기 가스테이블에 있어서의 조립요리모드의 기본 동작을 나타내는 흐름도.

Claims (3)

  1. 가열수단에 의해서 가열되는 조리용기에 접속되는 온도센서를 구비하고, 상기 가열수단의 가열력을 약화 혹은 정지시키기 위한 기준온도를 상기 온도센서의 검지온도에 의거하여 산출하는 곤로의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 조리용기내의 조리물의 온도가 평형상태인 것을 상기 온도센서의 검지온도에 의거하여 산출하는 평형검출수단과, 상기 평형 검출수단에 의해서 평헝상태가 검출된 때의 평형검출온도의 고저에 대응하여 상기 기준온도의 산출방법을 선택하는 선택수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 곤로의 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선택수단에 의해서 선택된 상기 기준 온도의 산출방법은 상기 평행검출온도가 비교적 낮은 경우에는 상기 기준온도를 일률적으로 하고, 높은 경우에는 상기 평형검출 온도에 소정온도를 더한 온도로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곤로의 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선택수단에 의한 상기 기준온도의 산출방법의 선택은 상기 평형검출온도가 비교적 낮은 경우에는 상기 평형검출온도와 상기 기준온도의 차가 크게되는 산출방법을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곤로의 제어장치.
