Claims (7)

  1. 마스터클러치(c)와 변속기(10)를 가진 향상된 엔진(E)으로 구성되는 차량드라이브라인 시스템에 있어서, 드라이브라인시스템의 상호연결부품(12)와 (14)간의 백래쉬는 일상적인 백래쉬보다커서, 엔진이 아이들 속도에 있고 변속기가 중립에 있을 때 엔진피스톤이 점화하는 동안에 상호연결 드라이브라인 시스템부품이 맞물리지 않기 때문에 바람직하지 않은 소음을 감소시키는데 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량드라이브 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상호 연결부재는 종래의 변속기의 상태에 일상적으로 이용되는 백래쉬보다 큰 백래쉬(75)를 가질수 있는 모양을 한 상호 연결스플라인과 입력구동기어(14)인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량드라이브 시스템.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 일상적인 백래쉬(75)는 최고 0.0050인치이고 본 발명의 래쉬는 0.0051∼0.0800인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량드라이브 시스템.
  4. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 백래쉬(75)는 일상적으로 이용되는 백래쉬보다 최소한 10배이상인 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 차량드라이브 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상호 연결부재는 일상적으로 이용되는 백래쉬 보다 큰 백래쉬(75)를 갖도록 모양을 한 드라이브라인과 마스터클러치(c)의 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량드라이브 라인 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 일상적인 백래쉬는 최고 0.0050인치이고 본 발명의 백래쉬는 0.0051인치에서 0.0800인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량드라이브 라인 시스템.
  7. 제5항 및 제6항에 있어서, 백래쉬는 일상적으로 이용되는 백래쉬보다 최소한 10배 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 차량드라이브 라인 시스템.
