Claims (27)

  1. a)합성 표면에 공유결합할 수 있는 반응성 작용 그룹으로 전환될 수 있는 펜던트 그룹을 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 표면 개질 조성물을 합성 표면에 도포하고, b)펜던트 그룹을 반응성 작용 그룹으로 전환시킴으로서 표면 개질 조성물을 합성 표면에 공유결합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 이식가능한 인공 기관상의 합성 표면을 개질시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인공 기관이 렌즈인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 표면 개질 조성물이 펜던트 아지도 그룹을 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 표면 개질 조성물이 폴리(아미노산)을 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 아미노산이 리신인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 표면 개질 조성물이 니트렌 작용 그룹으로 전환될 수 있는 펜던트 그룹 약 10mol%를 함유하는 개질된 폴리(리신)을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 펜던트 그룹이 아지도 그룹을 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 펜먼트 그룹이 N-하이드록시-석신 이미딜-4-아지도벤조에이트 또는 메틸 1-4-아지드벤조이미데이트로 부터 유도되는 방법.
  9. 제1항, 제6항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 전환 단계가 표면 개질 조성물을 빛에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 표면 개질 조성물이 상피세포-지지 물질을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상피세포-지지 물질이 콜라겐(I), 콜라겐(III), 콜라겐(IV), 피브로넥틴, 콘드로이틴 설페이트 및 라미닌중 하나 이상을 포함하는 방법.
  12. a)합성 표면에 공유결합할 수 있는 반응성 작용 그룹으로 전환될 수 있는 펜던트 그룹을 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 표면 개질 조성물을 합성 표면에 도포하고, b)펜던트 그룹을 반응성 작용 그룹으로 전환시킨 다음 표면 개질 조성물을 중합체 표면에 공유결합시킴으로서 합성 표면을 개질시키고, c)개질된 합성 표면상에 상피세포-지지 피복물을 도포함을 특징으로 하여, 합성 표면을 상피세포-지지 피복물로 피복시키는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 단계 (c)가 상피세포-지지 피복물을 표면 개질 조성물에 공유결합시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 공유결합을 공유결합제를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 공유가교결합제가 (1-에틸-3-(3-디메틸)-아미노프로필)카보디이미드를 포함하는 방법.
  16. a)합성 표면, b)합성 표면에 공유결합되어 합성 표면을 개질시키는 표면 개질 조성물, c)개질된 표면상에 부착된 상피세포-지지 피복물을 포함하여, 상피세포의 부착, 성장 및 이주를 지지하기 위한 개질된 합성표면.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상피세포-지지 피막을 표면 개질 조성물에 공유결합시킨 개질된 합성 표면.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상피세포-지지 피막을 (1-에틸-3-(3-디메틸-아미노프로필)카보디이미드로부터 유도된 작용 그룹을 통해 표면 개질 조성물에 공유결합시킨 개질된 합성 표면.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 표면 개질제가 다수이 펜던트 아미노 또는 카복실 그룹을 갖는 중합체를 기준으로 하는 개질된 합성 표면.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리(아미노산)을 포함하는 개질된 합성 표면.
  21. 제16항에 있어서, 상피세포-지지 피막을 가교결합시킨 개질된 합성 표면.
  22. a)합성 물질로 이루어진 렌즈. b) 표면 개질 조성물이 N-하이드록시-석신이미딜-4-아지도벤조에이트 또는 메틸 1-4-아지도벤조이미데이트로부터 유도된 펜던트 그룹을 함유하도록 개질시킨 리신 중합체를 포함하는, 렌즈에 공유결합된 표면 개질 조성물, c)표면 개질 조성물에 결합된 상피세포-지지 피막을 포함하는, 처리된 각막 수정체상의 렌즈.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상피세포-지지 피막을 표면 개질 조성물에 공유결합시킨 렌즈.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상피세포-지지 피막을 가교결합시킨 렌즈.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 상피세포-지지 피막이 콜라겐(I), 콜라겐(III)), 콜라겐(IV), 라미닌, 피브로넥틴 및 콘드로이틴 설페이트중 하나 이상을 포함하는 렌즈.
  26. a)하이드로겔을 코마시에 블루(Coomassie Blue)를 포함하는 염색액으로 염색시키고, b)탈염색으로 탈염색시킴을 특징으로 하여, 메틸 메트아크릴레이트-함유 하이드로겔 표면에 공유결합되는 단백질 및 폴리(아미노산)을 보이게 하는 염색/탈염색 방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 염색액이 아세톤을 포함하는 방법.
