이소티오시안산 에스테르의 증기 발생제, 이소티오시안산 에스테르의 증기 사용하는 살균방법 및 그 장치

제 3 도는 밀폐공간을 살균처리 하기 위한 실시 설명도를 나타낸다.

Claims (18)

  1. 이소티오시안산 에스테르가 30℃에서의 증기압이 2mmHg이하인 유성액체에 농도 0.01∼50중량%의 비율로 용해되어 있는 용액을 다공성 물질에 함침 유지시켜서 이루어지는 이소티오시안산 에스테르의 증기 발생제.
  2. 이소티오시안산 에스테르가 30℃에서의 증기압이 2mmHg이하인 유성액체에 농도 0.01∼50중량%의 비율로 용해되어 있는 용액을 함유하는 분말상 다공성 성형품으로 이루어지는 이소티오시안산 에스테르의 증기발생제.
  3. 이소티오시안산 에스테르가 30℃에서의 증기압이 2mmHg이하인 유성액체에 농도 0.01∼50중량%의 비율로 용해되어 있는 용액을 심재(core material)로 한 캡슐화물로 이루어지는 이소티오시안산 에스테르의 증기 발생제.
  4. 이소티오시안산 에스테르가 30℃에서의 증기압이 2mmHg이하인 유성액체에 농도 0.01∼50중량%의 비율로 용해되어 있는 용액을 겔상물질에 함유시켜 이루어지는 이소티오시안산 에스테르의 증기 발생제.
  5. 이소티오시안산 에스테르가 30℃에서의 증기압이 2mmHg이하인 유성액체에 농도 0.01∼50중량%의 비율로 용해되어 있는 용액 또는 이 용액을 함유하는 이소티오시안산 에스테르의 증기 발생제를 함유하는 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 그 코팅 조성물이 접착제 조성물, 도료 조성물 또는 잉크 조성물인 조성물.
  7. 제 5 항의 코팅 조성물을 도포하여 이루어지는 시이트상물.
  8. 제 1 항의 이소티오시안산 에스테르의 증기 발생제를 함유하는 판모양체.
  9. 이소티오시안산 에스테르를 농도 0.01∼5중량%의 비율로 에탄올에 용해시켜 이루어지는 스프레이 용액.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 그 용액이 유성액체를 함유하는 스프레이 용액.
  11. 제 9 또는 10 항의 스프레이 용액을 분사제와 함께 분사노즐을 구비한 밀폐성 용기에 가압봉입하여 이루어지는 분사장치.
  12. 이소티오시안산 에스테르가 30℃에서의 증기압이 2mmHg이하인 유성액체에 농도 0.01∼50중량%의 비율로 용해되어 있는 용액 또는 이 용액을 함유하는 이소티오시안산 에스테르의 증기 발생제로부터 발생되는 증기를 물품에 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품의 살균처리 방법.
  13. 이소티오시안산 에스테르 공기에 대해 투과성을 가지는 포장재료로 미리 포장한 물품을 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증가를 함유하는 가스와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품의 살균처리 방법.
  14. 살균처리실내에 이소티오시안산 에스테르를 증기상 또는 액적 미립자상으로 도입하여 이 살균 처리실내에 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기를 함유하는 분위기를 형성하는 공정과, 살균 처리실내에 물품을 넣는 공정과, 이 살균 처리실내에서 물품과 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기를 함유하는 분위기 가스를 접촉시켜서 살균처리하는 공정과, 이 살균 처리후 살균 처리실내의 분위기 가스를 배출하는 공정과, 이 배출된 가스에서 거기에 함유된 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기를 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품의 살균처리 방법.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서, 그 물품이 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기에 대해서 투과성을 가지는 포장재료로 미리 포장된 것인 방법.
  16. 이소티오시안산 에스테를 처리실내로 도입하기 위한 도입관과 처리실내의 분위기 가스를 배출하기 위한 배출관을 갖춘 살균 처리실과, 그 도입관과 접속하는 이소티오시안산 에스테르를 수용하는 저장용기와, 그 배출관에 접속하는 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기 제거장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 물품의 살균처리 장치.
  17. 살균 처리실과, 이 살균 처리실과 개폐밸브를 끼워서 연결한 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기발생과, 이 살균 처리실과 개폐밸브를 끼워서 연결한 블로위(blower)와, 이 블로위가 계폐밸브를 끼워서 연결한 가스분배기와, 이 가스 분배기와 개폐밸브를 끼워서 연결한 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기 흡착장치와, 그 가스 분배기와 그 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기 발생실을 연결하는 개폐밸브를 부설한 배관과, 그 블로위의 상류쪽과 그 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기 발생실을 연결하는 개폐밸브를 부설한 배관과, 그 살균 처리실에 연결된 개폐밸브를 부설한 정화가스 도입관을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품의 살균처리 장치.
  18. 밀폐공간내에 이소티오시안산 에스테르를 함유하는 가스를 혼입시켜서 그 밀폐공간을 살균처리한 후 그밀폐공간내의 가스를 이소티오시안산 에스테르 증기 제거장치에 통과시켜 그 밀폐공간으로부터 이소티오시안산 에스테르를 제거하는 밀폐공간의 살균방법.
