Claims (9)

  1. 주성분으로 기재 수지와 경화제를 포함하는 동시에 경화촉매를 포함하는 분말코팅조성물에 있어서, 상기 기재 수지 및 경화제 중의 어느 한쪽이 1분자내에 카르복실기를 2개 이상 갖는 화합물 및/또는 수지이며, 다른 한쪽은 1분자내에 글리시딜기를 2개 이상 갖는 화합물 및/또는수지이며, 이들은 카르복실기에 대해서 글리시딜기가 0.5∼2.0인 관능기 당량비를 가지며, 상기 경화촉매는 수지 및/또는 화합물에 의해 내포된 복합물의 형으로 아민화합물을 포함하는 것이고, 이 경화촉매중의 아민화합물의 비율은 상기 기재 수지와 경화제의 합계량에 대해서 0.05∼3.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말코팅조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경화촉매가 아민하합물과 수지를 응용혼합하여 냉각, 분쇄하는것에 의해 얻어진 1∼30㎛의 평균입경 및 60∼180℃의 연화점을 갖는 복합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말코팅 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 경화촉매가 3급 아미노기를 갖는 화합물 및/또는 2급 아미노기를 갖는 이마다졸 화합물로된 아민화합물 10중량부와, 연화점 70∼180℃의 수지 10∼200 중량부로된 복합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말코팅 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경화촉매가 분말상 아민화합물을 코어로하고, 이 아민화합물과 반응가능한 수지 및/또는 화합물과 상기 아민화합물간의 반응 생성물을 캡슐로하여 만든 복합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말코팅 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 아민화합물이 3급 아미노기를 갖는 아민화합물로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말코팅 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 1분자내에 카르복실기를 2개이상 갖는 화합물 및/또는 수지가 폴리에스테르 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말코팅 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 1분자내에 카르복실기를 2개이상 갖는 화합물 및/또는 수지가 아크릴수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말코팅 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 1분자내에 글리시딜기를 2개이상 갖는 화합물 및/또는 수지가 아크릴수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말코팅 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 1분자내에 카르복실기를 2개이상 갖는 화합물 및/또는 수지가 1분자내에 카르복실기를 2개이상 갖는 폴리에스테르 올리고머에 트리글리시딜 이소시아누레이트를 부가시킴으로써 얻어진 1분자내에 평균 2∼6개의 글리시딜기를 갖는 폴리글리시딜 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말코팅 조성물.
